[The Little Mermaid Sailian] The Deep-Sea Diva from Goddess of Victory: Nikke

Putting on this tight-fitting bodysuit with a metallic sheen, I instantly immersed myself into Sailian's deep-sea diva persona. During the shoot, the most challenging part was controlling the layers of cool-toned light. To recreate that shimmering, illusionary feel from the game, we used a lot of blue filters and softboxes on set, which allowed the subtle glitter particles on the latex material to present an underwater breathing sensation. The transparent sphere prop in my hand was also specially customized. During the shoot, I had to maintain a levitating posture while keeping my facial expression natural, testing various angles repeatedly. The setting layout, with its snow-white trees and blue-and-white flowers complementing each other, along with the glowing sphere behind me, created an overall visual effect that was closer to the character's intrinsic loneliness and pure temperament than expected. Every outdoor shoot is a further deepening of my understanding of the character. From the details of the inverted V-shaped bangs to the height of the boot heels, I tried my best to restore the design sheets. Although wearing high heels and a bodysuit for a long time was a test of physical endurance, seeing the fusion of light, shadow, and lines in the final photos makes everything completely worth it for this piece of Cosplay photography.
