This photo set of Sandrone was shot in a bar setting, primarily to explore a sense of thematic contrast. The deep green walls, wooden wine racks, and warm amber lighting naturally cultivated a gently intoxicating, vintage atmosphere far removed from the biting chill of Snezhnaya, which instead accentuated the exquisite craftsmanship of this black, white, and gold attire. To align with the persona of the Clockwork Princess, considerable effort was poured into hair and makeup: long pale blonde locks paired with a white maid-style headband trimmed with gold edging; blue eyes and generous pink blush beneath the lower eyelids formed the core of the makeup, complemented by a subtle dewy sheen across the collarbones and neck to breathe organic vitality into this mechanical frame.

The garment's details are exceptionally intricate. A teardrop-cut crimson gem sits at the center of the black choker, while the black-and-white bodice is edged with dark red velvet panels, accented by rubies across the waistline and skirt hem. Worth special mention are the pure White stockings: in the moody, complex lighting of a bar, the white fabric reflected illumination gorgeously, creating a sharp visual contrast against the dark bar counter and tufted leather sofas. In posing, I intentionally avoided a stiff, rigid posture, choosing instead to perch casually on the counter edge with legs naturally crossed or draped across the deep emerald Chesterfield sofa, making the leg lines wrapped in white stockings one of the primary visual anchors. Holding an ornate patterned teacup or balancing a serving tray with stemware allowed me to blend the cold poise of machinery with the effortless ease of a server.

Though the world brands me the Seventh of the Fatui Harbingers and views me as an emotionless puppet, inside this tavern, the turning of the gears seems to gently slow down. Alain once told me that I never had to live as a surrogate for Mary-Ann—that I inherently possessed the right to choose myself. Over the years, I locked my emotions beneath intricate cogwheels, cloaking myself in a sharp, prickly shell; yet the companions I met in Snezhnaya and the tea parties we shared allowed a genuine heart of my own to grow beneath this mechanical casing. The moment I lift the teacup, I feel I am no longer a marionette numb to warmth and cold, but someone who can truly feel the warmth of the lights in this very instant.

Midway through the shoot, whether looking into the lens with tray in hand or glancing back while adjusting my cuffs, the photographer captured countless natural, unprompted moments. The bottles labeled with Chinese characters and the retro beer plaques on the wall lent an authentic, lived-in texture to the frames. We refrained from using heavy CGI effects to overemphasize mechanical traits, choosing instead to preserve the fabric's natural sheen and smooth skin transitions for a grounded, authentic feel. Through these still frames, I hoped to convey the Clockwork Princess's deep yearning for warm companionship—a willingness to cherish these tender moments despite witnessing endless partings. May today's record serve as a gentle continuation of that unfinished tea party.
