Actually, this photoset consists of past photos taken last December. It had been sitting in my hard drive, and I only dug it out recently while organizing my albums. When I saw that auspicious cloud backdrop and the wooden floral lattice window in the studio back then, I felt it perfectly matched the tone of this fox lady, so I immediately arranged the prop fan, wooden table, and pampas grass.

The makeup, styling, and photography were all handled entirely by Ms. Axian during her spare time. She really understands the kind of temperament I wanted—agile yet with a touch of composure. This time, we shot several different poses. When standing, holding the folding fan by the side of my face with a confident gaze made it look more powerful. Once sitting inside the armchair, I relaxed, using the fan to half-conceal my face, which, paired with the warm lantern light behind me, instantly pushed the atmospheric feel to the max. There was also an angle lying on the ground; to be honest, I was a bit afraid of messing up my hair while shooting, but the resulting effect unexpectedly carried a lazy and casual vibe.

In terms of costume details, the red, white, and black color scheme represents very classic elements of Chinese style photography. The open-toe boot styling with golden decorations is exceptionally eye-catching, and I had to walk back and forth in the studio many times to get used to it. The folding fans in my hands were also specially prepared; the patterns on the fan surface echoed the fan-shaped decorations on the headpiece, strengthening the overall visual unity.

Regarding cosplay, I've always felt that accuracy is one aspect, but what's more important is being able to present the character's unique temperament in front of the lens. The character of Tingyun in Honkai: Star Rail gives off a bright yet slightly mysterious impression, so I tried to design more variations in my gaze and the pauses of my movements—such as slightly tilting my head to look at the camera, or extending the fan with one hand—hoping to capture the cunning and elegance unique to this "fox lady."

Since this batch consists of past photos, looking back now, there might still be room for improvement in the movements and expressions, but I was still quite satisfied with my shooting state at that time. The set decoration in the studio was highly rich; from faux flowers to pampas grass, and then to the small incense burner on the table, every single prop helped me enter the state faster. The final five photos selected basically cover three different dynamics of standing, sitting, and lying down, hoping to display the layered dimensions of this fox-eared girl to everyone.
