Entering a vintage study scene in this look for the first time, the effect of the light filtering through the doorframe matches the character's temperament beautifully. The costume this time features multiple layers, from the lace borders of the Maid outfit to the pleated petticoat. To counteract any potential sluggishness brought by the abundance of lace, the waistline proportions were specifically adjusted to make the overall Vintage dress look crisper visually, while still retaining the black bow on the chest and the multiple ruffled details.

The wig utilizes silver-white double braided pigtails, paired with blue side ribbons and a white lace hair accessory, providing a high color contrast against the dark wooden furniture. Before shooting, quite some time was spent adjusting the flow of the fabric to ensure that the silhouette of the skirt hem in every picture was within a reasonable range. The matching of on-site props was also considered scene by scene.

Actions like sitting in an armchair looking at a pocket watch or going to the bookshelf to pick up a book are all part of the character's daily scenarios, while the frozen instant of lifting a pair of finely crafted scissors might be closer to the mysterious and composed side of this character. To capture a perfect and elegant feel during the shoot, we repeatedly experimented with the movements several times. For example, a standing posture with a raised leg lifting the skirt required balancing the center of gravity of the clothes, yielding an effect that was relaxed but not slouchy. The placement of the books and pocket watch also matched the original wooden tone of the scene as much as possible to avoid disrupting the vintage atmosphere.

The lighting of this photo set emphasizes warm tones, and post-processing avoided excessive high saturation, preserving a soft glow reminiscent of old photographs. The scene itself carries a strong sense of storytelling; such an environment is not suitable for overly intense dynamics, and instead, static poses or small-scale body language blend better into the background. The photographer's framing angle was also crucial. Utilizing the doorframe to form a foreground obstruction added layering without making the frame feel crowded, allowing the character to stand more steadily in the image. Although wearing a complex Vintage dress throughout the shoot, there wasn't much restriction when extending movements, making it a quite smooth creative experience for this cosplay journey.
