The Cosplay fitting shoot for Izumi Hiyori's Sailor suit cosplay from Joki Datsuri Creative is done, and the overall look turned out just as expected. The goal was to inspect how the costume fits and drapes on camera, so the setting was kept very clean: a simple white door over a white plush carpet. A clean backdrop best showcases the outfit's texture and tailored details. The highlights of the outfit lie in its cut and accessories—a crisp white shirt featuring a blue-and-white striped sailor collar with a navy ribbon bow at the chest, paired with a navy pleated skirt accented by yellow wavy hemline trims, golden buttons, and white cross-laced ribbons, giving the skirt wonderful dimension when worn. The white socks match the original character design and flatter the calf lines nicely. I styled a long blonde straight wig tied into two low buns in the back with blue hair ornaments. To match her crimson eyes, I wore red contacts and kept the makeup warm, with softly downturned eyeliner and emphasized under-eye fullness to bring out that sweet, affectionate Little sister cosplay charm. Because this was a fitting session, soft ring lighting was used to achieve a bright, clear atmosphere with a luminous complexion. I went through several classic poses, such as resting a hand on my hip while smiling with closed eyes, a cheeky gesture holding prop banknotes, and giggling with a hand over my mouth. Eyes and facial expressions were the main focus during shooting, reflecting Hiyori's straightforward and teasing personality. In post-processing, adding chibi sticker emojis from the original work helped enhance the playful, lovable vibe. The outfit looks great on—the fabric and tailoring are well executed, and the drape of the collar and skirt has no cheap sheen. Relying on a clean setting without complex props allowed the outfit and styling to take center stage. This fitting successfully captured the slightly mischievous, cute little sister vibe, making it a very satisfying Cosplay fitting experience.
