This portrayal of Tingyun • Fugue genuinely dialed the New Year festive atmosphere up to eleven. To present the finest visuals, substantial thought went into every single step, from pre-production preparation to the live shoot itself.

The fabric quality of this red-and-white ensemble is superb. The draped black fur stole not only adds a grounding sense of richness, but also frames the neckline and shoulders beautifully. The folding fan in hand serves as the crowning touch—its red-and-gold printed motif harmonizes seamlessly with the overall palette. To elevate the luxurious elegance, I deliberately styled a layered pearl necklace, which caught the light brilliantly on camera. The black-and-white plush beast ears atop my head and the colossal tail behind me are undeniably the soul of this photo set. I spent hours shaping the tail; its internal armature gives it both buoyant volume and a natural curve, while the black and pinkish-white gradient shows rich dimensional depth under warm lighting.

The wig features long straight hair with black and crimson peekaboo highlights, the red ends shining vividly beneath the lamps. For makeup, to align with her persona, I chose emerald-green colored contacts, deepened the eye contours, and winged the eyeliner slightly upward to bring out a hint of foxy cunning. The facial sculpting was refined to ensure my features stayed sharply defined across diverse angles.

The shoot setting was brimming with Spring Festival spirit. Large crimson cube boxes inscribed with 'Blessing', 'Good Fortune', and 'Prosperity', accompanied by hanging Chinese knots, artificial cherry blossoms in the backdrop, and vases filled with vibrant orange fruits, instantly transported the frame into celebration mode. During shooting, I utilized a wooden bench and faux green lawn to choreograph reclining and over-the-shoulder poses. While reclining, extending leg and waist lines was essential to prevent a cramped posture; while seated, partially masking my face behind the folding fan and engaging the camera with my gaze helped project an effortlessly languid, playful charm.

I tested numerous micro-adjustments in posing—the exact angle of the opened fan and the precise sweep of the tail required continuous trial and error to find the most photogenic beat. The character balances a merchant's shrewdness with a foxian spirit's nimble grace, so body language had to stay fluid and relaxed. When holding the fan, finger placement was staggered delicately; the gaze wasn't overly blunt, but carried an alluring, wandering subtlety. Furthermore, the crimson boxes not only enriched the composition but also served as interactive props—leaning against them or lightly resting a hand on top brought organic vitality to each shot.

On set, warm lantern lighting provided ambient illumination while a soft key light illuminated the face, forging a cozy, retro atmosphere. Gazing upon these photos brimming with festive warmth, it genuinely feels as though all the New Year's good fortune has been summoned. May the coming year bring everyone smooth sailing, boundless joy, and endless good luck!
