Today, this styling for Delivery Rabbit Xiaokui is finally ready! Putting together the outfit and preparing all the props took quite a lot of thought. Combining a delivery courier with a bunny girl is an inherently eye-catching concept with immense visual impact. Starting with the costume, choosing the right material for the glossy black bodysuit took a long time—I eventually settled on this PU leather with a sleek reflective sheen. Under studio lighting, it beautifully accentuates body curves, and the monochrome black-and-white color-blocking is effortlessly classic. The white short-sleeved collared shirt worn over it features a cropped, tapered waistline, accented with black utility straps and metal buckles to inject a functional techwear edge. The blue tie across the chest serves as a vibrant finishing touch, preventing the overall color scheme from looking dull.

The bunny ear headband was custom-made in a black-and-blue colorway. I specifically requested geometric lines on the ears to evoke a subtle touch of cyberpunk tech and esports style, rather than plain black ears. The red 'Courier' armband on the sleeve was also custom-crafted; I spent a lot of time matching the font weight and hue to recreate an authentic Japanese courier feel. To complement the full ensemble, I prepared glossy black fingerless gloves, which sleekly flatter hand lines while adding an efficient, capable look. The small black tactical pouch on the thigh is actually functional for holding small touch-up makeup essentials—super practical on set.

For the lower half, black high-waisted shorts were paired with sheer black Stockings. This Stockings material catches the studio light with wonderful tactile texture while beautifully smoothing and contouring the leg lines. For footwear, I picked these platform chunky-heeled shoes color-blocked in white, black, and orange. The orange X-strap accent across the ankles is remarkably striking; walking in them was admittedly a bit tiring, but totally worth it for the final aesthetic.

During the shoot, the quintessential props were naturally the black delivery backpack stamped with 'Over Eats' and the pizza box. Carrying that backpack actually had substantial weight, especially when posing bent over or leaning sideways, requiring core strength for balance. The pizza box was specially acquired as well; holding it in hand or placing it nearby instantly anchored the courier identity. This series features numerous seated shots—crossing legs on a chair or stretching them out—which effectively showcased leg lines and the overall costume architecture.

For makeup, to harmonize with the anime aesthetic, I wore bright blue circle lenses, paired with pinkish-purple eyeshadow and prominent blush to give the entire face a vibrant, energetic glow. Portraying Delivery Rabbit Xiaokui, I was constantly channeling that playful, spirited mood on a delivery route. Balancing the bustle of delivery work with the sensual bunny girl motif required a seamless, organic blend. In facial expressions, I alternated between a slight sassy tsundere pout and playful teasing—like pressing an index finger to my lips or flashing a peace sign. Lighting-wise, we used clean studio lights focused on highlighting smooth skin textures and fabric specular reflections, set against a solid background to draw all visual focus to the character and props.

The entire shoot was genuinely fun! Although maintaining dynamic poses in this complete gear burned plenty of stamina, seeing the costume craftsmanship, the sheer texture of the Stockings, and all the whimsical props perfectly brought to life proved that all the pre-production effort was worthwhile. Translating an anime-inspired concept into reality through wardrobe, props, and expressive poses is truly an exciting creative journey.
