Xiao Qiao's Lilac Knot photoshoot is finally here! Recreating the poetic essence of this Honor of Kings skin took meticulous tailoring and prop work. The outfit showcases a classical violet-and-white color palette: the upper bodice features a jacquard-patterned purple bandeau accented with golden cord knots and flowing tassels, while the sleeves billow into sweeping, flared bell cuffs in spliced purple and white silk that cascade with weightless grace during movement. Below, a sheer white pleated skirt adorned with purple floral motifs adds an airy lightness, paired with white lace bow-trimmed socks and lilac platform Mary Janes to elongate proportions and provide steady footing. Pairing White stockings with this ensemble further accentuated the delicate aesthetic.

The oversized circular folding fan anchored the visual narrative. Hand-painted Chinese calligraphy across the silk—citing classical verse on lilac blossoms facing spring breezes—perfectly mirrored the skin's melancholic poetry, complemented by natural bamboo ribs and a soft violet-blue border. We staged the shoot inside a spacious atrium beneath a soaring glass dome, surrounded by blooming lilac clusters and hand-thrown petals floating mid-air to create a dynamic, windblown illusion.

For hair and makeup, violet lenses echoed the color theme, while the wig was sculpted into traditional black coiled looped buns accented with miniature lilac blossoms. A sheer, luminescent makeup base and subtle, dewy eyes emphasized clear-eyed innocence touched with tender sorrow. Posing shifted between gentle fan sweeps in standing frames and seated silhouettes on stone benches that let the cascading silk sashes drape naturally. High-angle perspectives celebrated the intricate calligraphy and dress tiers, while low-angle captures framed poise and elongated leg lines. Soft bounce reflectors balanced facial exposure beneath the glass dome, and muted contrast in post-production yielded a gentle, painterly Traditional Chinese style cosplay aesthetic.
