Participating in this photoshoot project was primarily aimed at showcasing the daily interactions between Kafū Chino and Hoto Kokoa. To achieve a satisfying duo photoshoot, considerable thought was poured into both costumes and props beforehand. For my Kafū Chino cosplay look, I styled long straight light blue hair trimmed with blunt straight bangs, accented with black X-shaped hair clips on both sides. The outfit consisted of a long-sleeved white collared shirt with ruffled cuffs, layered under a light blue pinafore dress featuring dark piping, with a deep blue ribbon tie at the chest and a dark pleated skirt on the lower half. The makeup emphasized a clear, translucent complexion and blue colored contacts, aiming to reflect the character's calm and reserved demeanor. My partner, portraying Hoto Kokoa, wore peachy-orange shoulder-length hair accessorized on the right with a pink flower hair clip with green leaves, dressed in a pink pinafore dress and a red bow tie.

The shooting location was a warm-toned indoor room. The accent wall featured textured light yellow paint, complemented by a white floating shelf decorated with yellow citrus ornaments and dried botanicals. We prepared several chibi plushies, including a blue-haired doll matching my wig, an orange-haired doll matching my partner's wig, and a white, round-faced animal plush toy. During the shoot, we explored various interactive poses. In the photo montage, we stood side by side, each cradling the plushie matching the other's hair color, and later used a round wooden tray as a prop while balancing the white plush toy overhead to convey a lighthearted mood before the camera. In another series of movements, we clasped our hands together or opened our arms toward the lens simultaneously. The framing in the third photo is my absolute favorite: the two of us embracing closely, with me holding the white plushie in both hands while my partner wraps her arm around me from behind, as the lens captures the serene moment of us looking forward together.

To give the images a more authentic slice-of-life texture, we experimented with props like wooden serving trays and made subtle adjustments to our positions under different lighting conditions. Synchronizing our actions required seamless chemistry—gestures like holding hands and gently holding the waist needed continuous angle refinements to look natural and effortless rather than stiff. Taking care of wig and wardrobe details also took up plenty of time; maintaining the sleek smoothness of the light blue wig and checking the tension of the brown belt on the pink pinafore dress required constant attention between takes. The entire photoshoot focused closely on postural nuances and atmospheric storytelling, striving to express the genuine bond between the characters through body language and ultimately bringing this heartwarming duo set to life.
