The support structure of the skirt and the shaping of the large collar bow were the most vital details of the entire ensemble; because outdoor breeze can easily collapse soft fabrics and ruin the silhouette, I reinforced them beforehand with thin floral wire supports to maintain their shape.

The white cat-eared hat atop the head slipped off easily, so I stitched a non-slip silicone strip along the inner rim, ensuring it stayed put even when tilting or turning my head. Trimming and styling the wig took extra patience on the bangs, which needed to sit just over the eyebrows to work alongside the signature black X-shaped hair clips, capturing the character's innocent, slightly stoic cuteness. The hair ends were gently curved using a curling wand, styled into low twin-tails paired with blue side ornaments to add a breezy lightness.

For makeup, the base was kept sheer and luminous, channeling attention toward the eyes. I chose bright blue circle lenses, laid down a soft pinkish-red base across the lids, and deepened the outer corners with subtly downturned eyeliner to enlarge the eyes with a rounded, doll-like contour. The lips were finished with a low-saturation glossy tint that matched the character's gentle essence.

On set, we coordinated angles with the photographer. To naturally display the white over-the-knee socks while flattering leg proportions, I experimented with slight leg lifts or perched on a wicker chair with crossed legs; paired with white gloves and Mary Jane shoes, this cleanly channeled her persona. The oversized spoon prop looked lovely, but holding it for long periods strained my arm, requiring short breaks between takes. To keep the skirt flaring neatly, I smoothed the ruffled hemline between shutter clicks.

The venue's lush green foliage and woven wicker chairs offered a vibrant contrast against the blue wardrobe, enlivening the visual palette. Natural sunlight created a delicate rim light along the wig fibers with lovely atmospheric warmth, prompting me to adjust stances to face the ambient light source.

Many nuanced details were crafted by hand, such as molding the hat's structure and adjusting the lace hem hems. Though painstaking, seeing the final selects made every bit of effort worthwhile. Wrapping up this shoot log, there remain plenty of costume refinements to explore, and I look forward to elevating the next shoot even further.
