Combining Rem with Little Red Riding Hood was a wonderful mashup experiment. The highlight of this outfit lies in the red hooded cape and white lace tube top, which, paired with a brown corset, creates a well-defined, compact silhouette. Styling the blue wig was rather time-consuming—the signature bangs required trimming and shaping, which, paired with the white rose headband and crisscross pink ribbons, formed a vivid color contrast against the red cape. For colored contacts, I chose an ice-blue shade; the eye makeup intentionally deepened the eye corners, while the lipstick was a vibrant true red to enhance facial vitality against the teal-green studio lighting. The makeup was quite refined this time, with elongated eyeliner and false eyelashes to enlarge the eyes.
The wicker basket held in my hand during the shoot was a fantastic prop, lined with red-and-white checkered cloth to evoke the classic fairy-tale ambiance of Little Red Riding Hood visiting her grandmother. Since the framing was restricted to half-body close-ups, I tried various poses to express the character's personality. The pose in Photo 1 has hands resting on the chest, appearing slightly reserved; Photo 2 features one hand resting against the cheek while the other holds the basket, with the body slightly tilted to better show the waistline, paired with a subtle smiling gaze that feels much more playful and lively. Although the red cape has some weight, it creates great dynamic flow when moving and posing without looking bulky. The lace-up brown corset needed to be pulled tight to visually accentuate body curves, while the white arm sleeves added a vintage touch. The overall styling, combined with the studio's teal-green lighting, creates a visual impression that is both cool and energetic. I also spent considerable time adjusting the wig placement to ensure the bangs smoothly covered one eye while keeping the visible eye looking captivating. Even without full-body shots, the character's cleverness and gap-moe contrast were effectively conveyed through the gaze and body language for this Anime cosplay. The outfit also features a white skirt that drapes beautifully for photos, though not much was captured due to the close-up camera angles. The photoshoot itself was very relaxed, and walking around with the basket felt truly immersive, as if I had genuinely transformed into Little Red Riding Hood.
