The midday sun blazed with fierce intensity, casting blinding specular reflections across the water's surface, so I wore vivid blue contact lenses to faithfully capture the character's ocular charm. The opening sequence was staged around an abandoned lifeguard watchtower, carefully maneuvering around rusty nails and weathered timber. Resting my feet over the inflatable toy, I lengthened my limbs to evoke that quintessential, effortless lethargy. Mindful of showcasing soft, healthy leg lines, I subtly shifted poses—bending or extending my legs so the skin and muscular contour caught natural sunlit highlights. Cosmetics were kept refreshingly dewy and translucent rather than overdone, as befits a natural seaside setting.

The second setup took us into the shallow surf, where undulating tides lapped around my ankles. To tease out a spirited, playful charm, I balanced on one foot to kick up splashes of sea foam; the wet sand was soft and shifting underfoot, making balance tricky, requiring several takes to nail. The photographer captured dynamic bursts brilliantly, freezing both the water droplets and the fluttering jacket hem in mid-air. The entire production required continuous sunscreen touch-ups, as salty gusts mixed with sweat and brine, easily tangling the wig and demanding constant combing.

During prep talks with the photographer, I emphasized avoiding heavy skin-smoothing filters, preserving the authentic micro-textures of sunlit skin. Because Hoshino blends playful innocence with a dash of subtle charm, the ruffled swimsuit balanced out childishness, and pairing crisp white ruffles with a mint-green jacket popped vibrantly against the azure backdrop of sky and sea.

As for the inflatable prop, while lightweight, its broad surface caught every gust of wind, threatening to blow away if not secured between my thighs or embraced tightly with both arms.
