Challenging Silver Wolf's brand new form this time was truly a hardcore creation. To restore that "Anime-style photography" impact, we put a lot of thought into the light and shadow processing and the dynamic design of the wings. As a tech-savvy character in Honkai: Star Rail, every detail of Silver Wolf, such as the texture of her hair and the functional feel of her combat suit, needs to be precisely captured on camera to ensure every frame conveys her unique personality. On site, I especially pursued visual effects that break the dimensional wall. Using the spatial sense of the venue, combined with dynamic wing special effects, we focused on showcasing the explosive sense of the moment the "light wings unfold." This is not just a simple makeup restoration, but a deep attempt at light and shadow, composition, and character accuracy. We continuously adjusted angles during motion capture, trying to express the power of the character in battle. Seeing the conversion of Silver Wolf's texture from 2D to 3D in the final shots, I feel all the all-nighters and detailed polishing were meaningful. In the process of pursuing ultimate restoration, every minor adjustment of light and shadow and every shot conception is to bring you the most authentic immersive experience.
