This Misono Mika gymnastics uniform cosplay shoot took place in a simulated classroom studio set. For the overall styling, I chose pink twin buns paired with blue floral hair accessories on both sides. The wig was trimmed with blunt bangs, echoing the character's cute yet energetic vibe. For the makeup, I chose yellow-toned amber contact lenses, used a low-saturation pink for a large-area blend on the lower eyelids, and slightly deepened the outer corners of the eyes to make the gaze look more vivid and expressive. The base makeup was kept translucent, emphasizing the skin's natural glow.

The outfit consists of the classic blue-and-white color-blocked athletic jacket and matching shorts; the combination of yellow, blue, and white looks exceptionally refreshing on camera. The length of the shorts is just right, visually elongating the proportions of the lower body. The shooting scene was decorated with a wooden bookshelf, desks, chairs, and flooring. To add a touch of everyday life atmosphere, I also prepared a bottle of mineral water with a blue label and a yellow-and-blue volleyball as props, while a cake adorned with red fruit was placed on the background bookshelf, making the overall color tone very cohesive.

In the first photo, I am sitting at a desk, resting my chin in both hands with my elbows propped on the table, and leaning slightly forward. This pose is mainly intended to present a quiet campus daily-life feel, with my gaze directed straight at the camera. During the shoot, the photographer told me not to tense my shoulders and to relax as much as possible, using naturally falling stray hairs to frame my face. Afternoon sunlight filtered through the white gauze curtains and hit the wooden table; the light was very soft, leaving a faint shadow on my profile and reducing the flatness of the face.

For the second photo, I chose to sit cross-legged on the floor, resting one hand on my shoulder while holding the mineral water bottle with the other, with the volleyball placed beside me. The focus of this pose is to showcase the leg lines; to avoid making the frame look stiff, I intentionally adjusted the angle of my legs to make the body posture more relaxed and open. The photographer adopted a slightly high-angle overhead shot, which not only made the figure look petite, but also brought the volleyball, water bottle, and background bookshelf into the frame together, giving the composition more layering. The light and shadow on the floor intertwined with the light passing through the gauze curtains, creating a lazy, relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of an afternoon break.

Throughout the shoot, the use of natural light was key. The classroom window gauze acted as a soft diffuser while giving the images a sense of clarity and transparency. I repeatedly adjusted the position of the props and the placement of my hands and feet to ensure the composition didn't look rigid. Without exaggerated actions or complex special effects, I hope to naturally display the vitality and cuteness of the gymnastics uniform version of Misono Mika through this relatively everyday, campus-style set of pictures, while also recording the shooting experience amid the intertwined light and shadow of this afternoon.
