"Relying on big sister for the rest of your life wouldn't be a bad thing, right?"—this line-like premise set the atmospheric tone for this photo set right from the start. This time I tried a Headcanon photoshoot of Yixuan in an OL look. Unlike the original character's combat image in Zenless Zone Zero, I wanted to showcase the mature, intelligent, and comforting side of a reliable big sister in a daily workplace setting.

In terms of visual concept for the entire set, I specifically chose a minimalist high-key black-and-white style. The pure white backdrop and negative space beautifully highlight character colors and accessories. The silver-white long wavy hair paired with gold thin-framed round glasses serves as a workplace-focused extension of Yixuan's visual elements. Combining a black button-down shirt and skirt with black tights and black pointed heels aimed to create a slender, crisp visual impact through extended lines. The white square electronic device and cable hanging at my waist were custom props prepared specifically for this headcanon, hoping to retain a touch of the mysterious tech vibe associated with Proxies or the Zenless Zone Zero universe within a workplace outfit.

The shooting process was actually quite interesting. Completely overhead high-angle shots are tricky to pull off: lying on the floor with legs raised in the air resting on the chair back, my waist and leg muscles were quite tense during early attempts. To find a naturally relaxed posture, the photographer and I repeatedly fine-tuned the positions of the chair and cushions until finding this effortlessly lazy leg-draping pose. Photos like this rely entirely on a relaxed mood and ambiance—stiff body movements immediately ruin the feeling. The white flat device on the right, two light-blue notebooks beside it, and stacked numbered cardboard boxes served as props to construct an everyday office scene.

Being a headcanon design, it naturally incorporates my personal interpretation of the character's aura. While Yixuan mostly appears in combat scenes in the original work, I always felt that in a daily context, she would be a quiet yet deeply dependable presence. This OL headcanon styling might look cool and intellectual on the surface, but at its core, it conveys that welcoming warmth: "You can come closer, and you can rely on me." Even if this is just an alternate life state in a parallel universe, we hoped to capture a genuine, vibrant feel. Framing it as a headcanon concept isn't an excuse, but rather a desire to explore more possibilities for the character while respecting the original design.

I personally adore the photography style of this set—the high-exposure clean framing creates a striking visual contrast between black garments, shoes, and the pure white environment. While the visual draw of black tights and heels is part of this outfit design, the key was maintaining an overall elegant, cool texture without making the imagery feel forced. Watching the frame lock in through the viewfinder felt like stepping into a brief, immersive cosplay experience. I rarely get the chance to wear such an outfit for high-angle shots, and this unconventional composition ended up giving the character a distinct visual identity. Hope everyone enjoys this realistic, everyday presentation that stays true to the character's core essence!
