[Iuno cosplay] Between the shifting lunar phases, I am my own anchor

Between the rotation of the moon phases, I am my own anchor, and the moon will remember everything. This Wuthering Waves Iuno cosplay shoot took about half a month from preparation to final photos. To restore Iuno's detached and divine temperament, I put a lot of effort into the clothing and styling during the early stages.

The wig is the highlight of the entire styling. To achieve that gradient effect from deep dark blue to light blue, I selected several raw wigs, and after trimming, styling, and fixing, I created the twintail texture with an ahoge. The golden laurel crown on top of the head and the wing decorations on both sides were custom-made metal pieces in advance; to fit the head shape, I also adjusted the elasticity of the lining when wearing it. In terms of makeup, the eye makeup was highlighted. After wearing blue colored contacts, blue eyeshadow was used to extensively blend the outer corners of the eyes, paired with slight blush, striving to present that extraordinary, otherworldly atmosphere in front of the lens.

The details of the clothing are extremely numerous, with white as the base color and embedded with gold metallic border trims. The midriff-baring design echoes the golden armor on the chest, while the translucent gauze skirt on the lower body and the tassels and ring pendants hanging from the waist required constant attention during the shoot to avoid looking messy in static frames. Because of the numerous clothing accessories, wearing them was quite complex. During the shoot, I also tried to keep my movements moderate to prevent the metal pieces from shifting.

This shoot was completed against a solid-color background in the studio, using classical-style stone pillars and circular platforms as auxiliary props. In terms of lighting, we used bright and relatively even studio lights to preserve the purity of the white fabric in the lens while hitting the highlight texture of the metal accessories. The overall color tone was controlled between cool gray and warm gold.

In terms of pose design, I tried to integrate Iuno's composure and confidence into every movement. For example, sitting by a stone pillar supporting the cheek with one hand, raising a leg to showcase leg lines and strappy high heels, as well as standing with fingers lightly touching the cheek and arms extending upward. This outfit not only requires visual impact, but also needs to convey the character's resolute feeling of being "my own anchor" through body language. Having grown used to heavy cosplay costumes, although this set was a bit hard when walking and sitting up, seeing the images in the lens made all the fatigue vanish into thin air.
