[Furina cosplay] Blue Waltz in the Greenhouse

When shooting this theme for Greenhouse photography, I specially chose this wooden archway with louvers, paired with trailing greenery and rose vines to create a private sense of being enveloped by nature. This blue waltz dress for Furina features a royal blue velvet bodice pieced with white bubble sleeves. The chest is adorned with pearl chains and metallic diamond decorations, and the blue gemstone brooch at the neckline just perfectly brightens the overall color tone. The skirt hem is made into a high-low curved cut, with the outer layer being gradient blue tulle and the inner layer a white petticoat with dark patterns; the skirt naturally poofs out when walking. To fit the character's lightweight and elegant temperament, I chose a light blue wig and did the iconic side curls for this Blue hair cosplay. The makeup enhanced the pink-brown blending of the eyeshadow and highlighted the aegyosal, making the gaze look softer. During the shoot, two postures were used—sitting on a swing and standing. The swing scene beautifully showcases the natural folds of the skirt as it drapes down, while the posture of standing and lifting the skirt highlights the cinched waist design. In terms of lighting, we utilized the natural diffuse reflection of light pouring through the window in the afternoon, making the skin tone look translucent while avoiding the harsh shadows caused by overhead lighting. This set of photos overall leans towards a dreamy and fresh atmosphere for Anime-style photography. In post-processing, I only slightly adjusted the color temperature and contrast to preserve the original texture and the layers of the tulle dress.
