This outdoor photography shoot was located by this industrial steel bridge, where the lighting was exceptionally clear. The entire costume was repeatedly adjusted by myself; the cut of the red turtleneck sweater, the drape of the black pleated skirt, and the length of the over-the-knee socks were all kept as close to the original design as possible. The wig was also specially styled with slightly curled ends and side hair bows, shot in coordination with the direction of the wind.

During the shoot, we deliberately captured the backlight to give the hair strands and silhouette a golden rim-light effect, and the shimmering reflections on the water surface also enhanced the atmospheric feel of the frame. I tried to restore Rin's confident yet slightly tsundere expression. Although the wind was strong and blew my bangs all over, it actually felt closer to the character's dynamic nature outdoors. The photographer's composition was very thoughtful, utilizing the arched lines of the bridge as a background frame, which both highlighted the character and gave the image layers.

This kind of outdoor photography most tests the control over light, shadow, and wind. The dusk light that day perfectly complemented the texture of the red sweater. I really felt a lot of physical energy drained after shooting this set, but seeing the final photos made it all worth it. I hope this set of photos can convey that dignified aura of Tohsaka Rin from Fate/stay night, counting as a small breakthrough for my own cosplay skills.
