To restore that agile and slightly mysterious texture of Yu Linglong, I really decided to challenge a high-difficulty outdoor shoot in the rain this time. Honestly, going out in a heavy rainstorm is quite a test, not only fighting against the physical interference of wind and rain but also ensuring that the makeup doesn't easily come off in such high humidity, and even repeatedly adjusting the drape of soaked clothes. From the meticulous makeup preparation before the shoot to dealing with various unexpected situations on site, every moment tests my endurance and deep understanding of the character.
In terms of visual presentation, I paid special attention to the gradient texture of the hair color and the detailed structure of the headpieces, striving to present an ethereal and immortal aura under the lens. Although there were moments during the shoot where I felt a bit disheveled, and the clothes were even drenched, when I saw the unique Atmosphere of being one with the rain in the final photos, all the hardship instantly turned into a great sense of achievement. For me, cosplay is not just about simply restoring a character image, but a pursuit of ultimate visual expression and a resonance with the character's soul. This creative process of constantly breaking through myself and challenging extreme environments is exactly the motivation that supports me to continue to delve into this field. This shoot has concluded successfully, and I hope to bring every fan who sees the work the most authentic and textured visual enjoyment.
