Shooting right around the Zhongyuan Festival infused the entire studio set with an intense, haunting atmosphere. For the red wall backdrop, we deliberately crushed the peripheral shadows in post-production and applied hard side-rim lighting, casting crisp bamboo leaf silhouettes across the surface to cultivate an air of mystique. The wardrobe is laden with opulent details: the deep navy velvet fabric reveals hidden damask textures under intense beams, and the gold embroidered ornaments are quite heavy—especially the red-and-blue official's hat with its sweeping tassels, which rigorously tested physical balance during kinetic poses. The sharp golden claw finger guards served as a crowning touch; rather than freezing rigidly, projecting the aloof glamour of a mature siren relied on nuanced eye contact and deliberate directional gestures with the claws. Pairing Black stockings with high heels aimed to elongate leg lines, emphasizing feminine curves across crouches and seated postures.
