[Hayase Yuuka cosplay] Blue Archive's Treasurer: A Birthday Daily Life

Today is Hayase Yuuka's birthday, so I specifically released this set of newly organized home-life style photos as a Birthday anniversary celebration.

Regarding this look, the core element is undoubtedly her iconic black circular halo. To ensure stable wearing without distortion, the prop team specifically found a matte-textured mount that doesn't reflect light or ruin the composition while allowing it to float perfectly above her head. The purple twintail wig was trimmed with layered precision, paired with light grayish-blue contact lenses, aiming to accurately convey Hayase Yuuka's trait of retaining pure and earnest eyes even when meticulously calculating expenses.

The location for this set was chosen to lean toward modern lifestyle desk spaces and home living rooms. In the first scene, a light blue laptop, a red metal desk lamp, and a silver coffee cup and saucer set were placed in front of me. On the whiteboard behind, design sketches of chairs, desks, and lighting fixtures drawn in red lines were displayed—details echoing her character setting as a "treasurer" or senior digital specialist, cultivating an atmosphere of being busy inside a simulation or designer studio. During shooting, I intentionally adjusted my posture; resting my chin on one hand actually simulated her state of falling into high-speed mental calculations when facing vast amounts of data and spreadsheets.

In terms of outfit coordination, this black, white, and blue color-blocked techwear jacket was exceptional—its crisp stiffness maintained shoulder contours during casual seated poses. The bright blue shirt underneath the collar resonated with the blue color blocks on the jacket, while the white square decorative belt around the waist nicely proportioned the upper and lower body ratio. Wearing black tactical gloves instantly enhanced the overall crisp and capable feel.

The second scene featured afternoon lounge time on a home sofa. A white sofa paired with a light blue knit blanket and several throw pillows featuring bow elements harmonized wonderfully with the cool tones on her body. Shedding the tight work mindset, I leaned against large throw pillows with legs naturally extended. The combination of black ankle boots and short skirt formed a sharp visual contrast against the blue checkered rug, capturing her relaxed, lazy charm during leisure time. A blue wave-framed mirror on the floor and scattered magazines further enriched the lived-in feel of the shot.

The main challenge of this Cosplay photography shoot lay in mastering natural lighting. To maintain a transparent and bright high-key style, we specifically chose afternoon light, allowing soft natural sunlight to brush across the side of my face and clothing, avoiding harsh highlights or shadows. Photographer Sumidagawa Senji captured details with exceptional accuracy, offering meticulous guidance on hand movements and eye focus.

In fact, Hayase Yuuka often gives off a gap-moe charm in the game—reliable yet occasionally clumsy. She cares deeply about accounts and numerical values, yet remains deeply sincere toward her companions. On her birthday today, she might be facing a massive stack of numbers to settle or various gifts received; through this set of photos, I wanted to freeze-frame her steady yet everyday, grounded presence.
