[Nozomi Cosplay] Blue Archive Gehenna Academy's Student Council President: Gentle and Reliable

At this convention, I finally got to shoot this look; the everyday attire of Gehenna Academy's Student Council President is truly rich in detail. The green twintail wig took a long time to trim, and the support structure for the geometric ring headpiece on top was reinforced so it didn't tilt even after wearing it all day. Round-frame glasses and a blue striped tie are the soul of the look, and I specifically chose a loose gray cardigan to balance youthful student vibes with the composure expected of a student council president. Lighting inside the exhibition venue was quite harsh during the shoot, but ground reflections unexpectedly helped immensely, giving the overall light and shadow layers much more depth in these Convention photos.

I particularly like the frames where I stand hands-on-hips and lift one leg; black over-the-knee socks paired with platform loafers effectively elongated leg lines while ensuring the overall style remained youthful rather than overly mature. Although wearing a school uniform, to align with the character's steady yet gentle demeanor, I restrained my facial expressions from smiling too exaggeratedly—a calm composure with slightly pursed lips fits the image people have in mind much better. This outfit actually contains many details, such as embroidery on the collar, the knotting style of the tie, and brushed fabric edges on cardigan cuffs, all refined step by step during production.

Gehenna's setting features various campus environments, but this Cosplay photography session captured mostly casual standing poses and close-ups. If given another chance next time, perhaps I can try incorporating props or dynamic movements, such as handling student council documents or looking back over my shoulder. Meeting many fellow fans during shooting who were all so friendly, alongside the photographer patiently guiding angle adjustments, made this natural and relaxed result possible. As a coser, I always feel that character fidelity isn't just about external costuming, but conveying that reliable, delicate inner feeling of the character. Though perfection is tough, every single photo strives to get closer to her gentle yet steadfast presence. I hope this set allows everyone to see a familiar yet vivid slice of everyday Gehenna life.
