[Altria Cosplay] Honkai: Star Rail Everyday Moments: Ahoge Becomes the Biggest Victim

This set of photos—switching from Ahoge King (x) to Foodie King (✔️)—is what I'd call the ultimate comedic highlight of this cosplay creation. Right as I packed up my gear and prepared for mirror selfies, that signature stray lock of hair—the classic ahoge everyone knows—snapped right off the moment I touched the wig. That dramatic sense of crashing right when preparing to pose was truly laughably helpless, so I must fully claim the Foodie King title myself; after all, replenishing energy is top priority.

Let's talk about the makeup and styling. This time features Altria from the Honkai: Star Rail and Fate collaboration—Saber's attire under this crossover setting. The outfit's palette uses classic royal blue paired with gold piping, a high collar coupled with a large blue ribbon bowtie, and iconic golden crest decorations across the chest, giving a deeply heroic feel when worn. The silver metallic pauldrons on the left shoulder add visual weight; though slightly restricting movement, bearing this physical weight is all part of cosplay to recreate the King of Knights' dashing aura.

I chose a pale blonde wig, with bangs and sideburns trimmed to fit my face shape, paired with vibrant green contact lenses that brightened my gaze directly. Under outdoor or indoor top lighting, green contact lenses formed stark color contrasts against golden hair and blue garments—a defining character trait. My makeup was kept clean and sharp, emphasizing eye makeup to give facial features three-dimensional depth without adding excess colors that might steal focus from character recognition.

The shooting process was actually quite spontaneous, aimed simply at recording Casual cosplay states. Taking mirror selfies on a phone requires technical finesse to find angles, avoiding phone obstruction while displaying costume details. The first photo captures finding a comfortable focus distance, raising the phone slightly to include both the ribbon bowtie and wig. The second photo shows drinking milk tea; while breaking the King of Knights' aloof filter, it imbues the photoset with everyday warmth.

Often in cosplay, we focus heavily on final refined photos, overlooking authentic moments before and during shooting. Though the drink photo doesn't pursue extreme light or expressions, its relaxed charm strikes a chord. Chest crests, bowties, and white sleeve trims showed up wonderfully in frame.
