The theme for this photoshoot was 'God, Loving Humanity.' To convey this sacred yet gentle essence, a great deal of thought went into the set design and lighting. Elysia's costume design is genuinely exquisite, with cascading layers of pink-to-purple gradient tulle. To capture that weightless, ethereal flutter on camera, we concealed fine shaping wire within the hemline. Combined with the on-set artificial white mist, it truly felt like walking on clouds. The white angel wing sculpture overhead, alongside the Roman columns and plaster statues behind me, faithfully recreated the sanctity of a grand hall.

However, the item from this costume I want to complain about the most is definitely the gloves! Whenever wearing white gloves of this length, arranging the contours of each fingertip while ensuring no snags or pulls is incredibly painstaking work. Holding a white rose to pose made it even trickier: the slightest uneven pressure caused stiff, awkward creases in the fabric. Throughout the shoot, I was constantly micro-adjusting my finger tension to prevent my hands from looking clumsy on camera.

Styling the wig was another massive endeavor. The pink braid had to be plaited plump and natural, with delicate little white flower ornaments secured seamlessly in the gaps. Adding elf ears on top made it quite a test of scalp endurance. As for makeup, to match the transcendent divinity of the Herrscher of Human, the eye look incorporated pink-purple contact lenses with a pronounced lower-eyelid drop (eyelid-down) effect. The highlighter was kept glassy and translucent, and the blush was softly blended to cultivate a flushed, otherworldly aura.

The shooting day was actually quite exhausting. Sitting amid the billowing fog in such an enormous gown required keeping my core firmly engaged so I wouldn't sink in, all while maintaining an upright posture and a serene expression. Because the skirt took up so much floor space, the slightest movement would disrupt its drape, meaning the tulle had to be rearranged before almost every single shutter click. The dry ice smoke was intense as well, so breathing had to be carefully controlled.

Turning to the details of the costume itself, the waist tailoring is actually quite fitted. However, with so much tulle draped on top, it can easily look bulky, so I wore an invisible corset underneath to balance the proportions. The delicate gold chains on the arms are a wonderful finishing touch; paired with the long white gloves, they create an aesthetic that feels both sacred and subtly bound. In the first shot where I hold the white rose, the angle was carefully aligned with the massive angel wings behind me, making them appear as an extension or divine sanctuary for the character. The texture of the petals looks exquisitely soft under diffused lighting, harmoniously balancing the cold, rigid stone of the plaster statues.

Regarding facial expression: because the theme is mercy and love, the gaze could neither be too sharp nor completely vacant. I lowered my gaze slightly, allowing the gentle droop at the outer corners of my eyes to capture a compassionate, tender countenance. Pink hair tends to wash out under natural light, so we used dual-temperature lighting to preserve its vibrant hue while introducing a dreamy, soft-filter glow. From makeup and styling to scene composition, every detail was tuned to present the flawless, all-embracing Elysia. I sincerely hope everyone can feel that warmth and beauty through these pictures.
