I shot this look for Elysia's combat Flame-Chaser version, choosing a clean purple gradient light-and-shadow studio to allow the clothing silhouettes and weapon lines to be fully highlighted. The Pink short hair is paired with elf ears, and the metal ornaments at the neck along with the dark leather armor make the overall styling possess a soft aura while not losing the sleek efficiency of a combatant. That huge purple, white, and black composite bow is the visual focal point. When kneeling on one knee or sitting sideways, I needed to repeatedly adjust the grip angle and arm leverage points to make the bowstring's tension look natural in front of the camera. During the shoot, I tried an elegant posture with one hand gently brushing over the neck ornament, as well as a dynamic freeze of turning sideways while holding the bow and drawing the string. The purple background light echoes the purple elements on the outfit, creating a unique atmosphere that belongs to the Flame-Chasers. This photoshoot was mainly aimed at capturing those moments of Elysia's calm self-confidence paired with a bit of a mysterious temperament. From makeup and styling to action design, everything tried to fit the character's charm as much as possible, making it a record that I am relatively satisfied with.
