For this cosplay photoshoot, I chose this outfit featuring Elf ears and long pink hair elements. The light blue contact lenses make the visual focus of the entire look very clear. The upper half of the costume is a white puff-sleeved shirt with delicate ruffled edges, a prominent red-and-gold heart pendant hanging from the collar, and white flowers mixed with purple ribbons adorning the chest, making it rich in details. The long white gloves are decorated with black lines and accented with small yellow stars at the ends, adding a playful touch.

A wide black leather belt inlaid with a square golden buckle is fitted at the waist, which not only cinches the waistline but also adds layers to the transition between the upper and lower body. The lower half features a dark pleated skirt covered by a wide, puffy white ruffled apron, with a light blue ribbon added at the waist as an embellishment. White tights paired with black platform high-heeled buckle shoes beautifully flatter the leg lines while echoing the colors of the overall costume.

The makeup and hair heavily emphasize a translucent feel; the base makeup sits perfectly, and combined with a clear lip glaze, it makes the skin look exceptionally good under the bright white ambient light. The Pink wig is neatly trimmed, with thick straight bangs and slightly curled long sidelocks beautifully framing the face. Putting on the Elf ears prop makes it stay much closer to the fantasy vibe of the original design.

Soft diffused light was used at the shooting site, leaving no harsh shadow dead-zones, which allowed the fabric details of the costume and the slightly sheer texture of the white tights to be perfectly displayed. The indoor space was arranged with a woven rattan leisure chair and a low platform covered in white fabric, adorned with simulated pink-and-white flower bouquets and green leaves nearby. A small round glass table also held layered colorful drinks; these small props added a sense of daily life and a relaxed afternoon tea atmosphere.

The sequence of actions on the rattan chair is my favorite composition from this shoot; the extended leg lines and the casual posture of propping up my chin beautifully express that lazy and easygoing temperament. During the shoot, a wide aperture blurred the background to make the character stand out more. The post-processing retouching did not drastically alter the original light and shadow structure, but merely balanced the color temperature and saturation slightly to preserve the contrast between warm and cool tones, ultimately presenting a clean and bright color palette. The daytime scene combined with this outfit truly makes for a stunning turnout.
