[March 7th cosplay] Honkai: Star Rail, Recording the Trailblaze Journey with a Camera

This shoot was set in a studio filled with green plants and blue and white light and shadow, which perfectly matches March 7th's color palette. To recreate the character's agile feel, the pink wig was trimmed with fine layers. Paired with the light pink hair color, the overall look appeared very translucent under the studio lighting.

Regarding the costume, the white patchwork top on the upper body and the wide blue-and-white sleeves are the key focus. The black leather belt at the waist along with the contrasting red and blue straps enhance the visual layering, and the metallic buckles and strap details on the black miniskirt were all faithfully restored. The blue camera prop in hand is the crowning touch; holding it naturally immerses me into her lively and memory-recording personality. The makeup intentionally emphasized the brightness of the eyes and the aegyo sal to make the gaze more spirited, which, combined with a slightly curved lip makeup, brought the overall temperament closer to the character's energetic vibe.

During the shoot, the photographer utilized side-backlighting to create a beautiful rim light along the edges of the hair strands and clothes, while the hollow patterns in the blue background and the patterned carpet on the floor enriched the composition. The tailoring of this costume actually poses quite a challenge for standing poses; because there are many layers on the skirt hem and sleeves, even a slight movement creates a completely different dynamic effect. The coordination between the location choice and the lighting worked out great this time, resulting in a texture full of narrative depth, as if she were truly exploring a secret realm on a certain planet.
