[Emilia cosplay] Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, The Magical Moment of the Silver-haired Elf

This time I did Emilia from Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-. There was a massive crowd at the convention on the day of the shoot, but my female photographer "Da Mie" still helped me find a relatively clean background, using a large aperture to blur out the messy crowd behind me so that the focus of the frame was completely centered on the character itself. The details of this costume are actually very exquisite; the orange-yellow gem at the neckline, the purple rows of buttons on the corset, and the lace patchwork on the cuffs all needed to restore the original setting as much as possible in post-processing. The wig is a customized silver-white. The braided hair on top of the head and the bow decorations on both sides took quite a lot of time to fix in place. Along with wearing the elf ears, the overall styling is highly recognizable once completed.

During the shoot, a medium shot composition was intentionally chosen, combined with the action of reaching out towards the lens to create an interactive feeling of "casting magic." I slightly added some purple light effects as embellishments in post-processing but retained the original texture of the skin and clothing without over-smoothing the skin, hoping to express Emilia's gentle yet slightly cool and detached temperament. Every time I do such a highly popular Anime cosplay character, the pressure is actually quite high because fans of the original work are very sharp about details, so everything from makeup to props requires repeated adjustments. This time, it basically met my expectations. Although convention photos inevitably have some limitations, I'm still very happy to share this work with everyone.
