In a timeline without natural disasters, the sunshine in front of the wooden cabin set the tone for this photoshoot. This Arknights Amiya cosplay was chosen to be shot at an outdoor camp in Chongqing. The weather that day was wonderful, with clear blue skies, white clouds, and lush green vegetation forming a natural high-saturation background board. Ample light also brought quite a few challenges. To ensure the softness of facial light and shadow, I constantly communicated with the photographer about the angle of the reflector while utilizing the natural reflection of the grass to supplement the base light.

Amiya's outfit this time is a blue dress with Lolita elements, featuring plenty of white lace trimming on the skirt hem and cuffs. The cross-straps at the waist and exquisite embroidery details truly test the texture of the costume. The headwear portion is the difficult part of the entire ensemble, requiring hair clips and setting gel to stack and fix various small accessories, cards, and decorations on top of the head, while ensuring they don't shift in the outdoor wind. The wig was chosen to have a warm brown tone with trimmed bangs, and the direction of the twin tails was also styled and set to ensure it wouldn't look frizzy when making various movements.

To match the staggered structure of the wooden cabin, many body adjustments were tried during the photoshoot. Standing on the stairs stepping on one foot with the body leaning slightly forward was finalized after several center-of-gravity adjustments. This not only showcased the layers of the skirt hem but also naturally displayed the leg lines and white calf socks, increasing the sense of breathability in the frame. The light blue bunny plush doll held in my arms echoed the one placed by the window, paired with a soft expression to present a peace entirely different from the battlefield. The companion beside me, wearing a black techwear jacket with a hood completely concealing their face, formed a strong visual contrast with this bright ensemble, and this light-dark contrast made the storytelling feel of the frame even stronger.

Participating in the 2D Vision Project this time and creating under the theme of Love and Arknights, sun protection and constant touch-ups were the most important considerations for outdoor shooting. There were also quite a few mosquitoes in the grass, requiring frequent skirt adjustments and cleaning during rest breaks. Looking at the raw photos through the screen, one can feel the serene atmosphere without the smoke of war and Oripathy; there is no need to deliberately show a combat state—simply smiling and standing here is already the best interpretation of this if-timeline. This shoot lasted from noon until sunset, with the light shifting from harsh to soft, ultimately presenting this transparent and natural texture. The entire shooting process went very smoothly, and the fusion of each set of poses and scenes met expectations, making it a very pure creative record.
