The shooting this time mainly revolved around three colors: black, white, and gold. To make the white plush shawl and silver long straight hair have a stronger visual impact in front of the solid-color background, styling the layers of the wig alone took nearly an hour. The black tiger stripes on the bangs are the core of the entire styling—they couldn't be too thick to look deliberate, nor too thin to lose recognition; ultimately, two strands of dark gray and pure black hair were cross-set and styled to achieve the current effect. The white beast ears on top of the head feature an internal wire skeleton, requiring frequent angle adjustments mid-shoot to ensure they present a natural and three-dimensional triangular shape in the lens. Although the large gold bells on both sides are props, their weight cannot be underestimated; hanging by the ears really tests the cervical spine, but precisely because of this weight, it unconsciously made me straighten my back when sitting, which in turn matched the sense of dignity brought by this modified cheongsam.

In terms of clothing, the black sleeveless modified cheongsam adopts gold-thread edging, the translucent mesh on the chest adds a sense of layering, and the red tassel at the waist is the only high-saturation color block, which can quickly catch the visual center in a cool-toned frame. The white plush shawl on the outside has a very full fur volume, scattered with small golden star-shaped embellishments on top. However, the studio temperature was not low on the day of the shoot, and wearing this heavy shawl back and forth to strike poses definitely made me break quite a sweat. The lower body was paired with White stockings, and the red string with a gold bell at the ankle was intentionally added to echo the bells by the ears. The shoes were chosen in a transparent material so they wouldn't visually cut off the extension of the leg lines, and paired with crossed sitting postures, they can better highlight the leg lines.

The prop long pipe is the key to creating the temperament. The gesture for holding the pipe is very particular; one shouldn't grip it, but gently rest it with fingertips, with the wrist slightly turned inward. For the sitting pose in photo one, I placed my center of gravity on my right leg, extended my left leg naturally, rested my left hand lightly near my ear, and let my gaze drift slightly to convey a sense of languidness. For the standing pose in photo two, I intentionally tucked my chin, let my gaze look up from below, and paired it with the pipe-holding posture to carry a bit of aggressiveness and a sense of detachment. The leaning-forward posture in photo three was actually the hardest to shoot because the shawl slipped easily, and it required maintaining the inclination angle of the upper body with arms supporting the chair armrests so that the lines of the pipe and body curves could intersect.

For makeup, a relatively heavy cut-crease eye shadow was chosen, deepening the red-brown tone at the outer corners of the eyes, paired with gray-blue contact lenses to make the gaze look sharper under the strong studio lights. The base makeup pursued a matte texture to highlight the translucent feel of the glossy lip glaze on the lips. Fine-banded rings were worn on the fingers, and a pearl bracelet adorned the wrist; although these small accessories are unassuming, they increase refinement under close-up shots. The entire shooting process involved repeatedly adjusting poses and lighting, discarding dozens of NG shots before selecting these three, with every single freeze-frame being an extreme pursuit of detail. This styling not only showcases the cute beast ears element but also blends the elegance of Chinese-style apparel, making it a thoroughly exhilarating creative experience.
