[Kasugano Sora cosplay] Yosuga no Sora's white Qipao and White stockings pairing

This time for the Yosuga no Sora Kasugano Sora cosplay main photos, instead of choosing the classic white dress, I tried a modified white Qipao styling with a Republic-era flair. To maintain the character's original recognition, the wig was custom-made with light platinum blonde twin tails, with white bow hair accessories pinned on both sides of the top of the head. The bangs were trimmed to eyebrow level, and the makeup combined characteristics of 2D illustrations and dolls, especially emphasizing the aegyo-sal and eye redness. After wearing light-colored contact lenses, the overall gaze presents a quiet and slightly ethereal atmosphere.

The clothing is a sleeveless Qipao with black patterns on a white base, featuring subtle background textures on the fabric, and black piping embroidered with patterns similar to dragon motifs and auspicious clouds. The collar features traditional Chinese frog buttons, but with a teardrop-shaped hollow design, adding a sense of lightness while restoring the character. Both sides of the skirt hem have high slits, naturally revealing the White stockings when sitting down. The shoes are matched with a pair of white chunky-heeled platform Mary Jane shoes, which not only increase height and make legs look longer, but also provide stability when walking on wooden floors and outdoors.

The scene spans a wide range, from a retro wooden terrace, indoor hallway, and giant window, all the way to the outdoor poolside and lush greenery. The sunlight was great on the shooting day, with natural light filtering through the large windows, and a little bit of fill light on the face created a very translucent texture. To showcase the White stockings and leg lines, I tried different poses in different scenes. For example, on the rattan rocking chair on the terrace, I would curl up slightly sideways, stretching one leg forward so that the slit of the skirt just reveals the edge of the White stockings; in the hallway, I stood on one leg while holding up the skirt hem. The sofa photo holding a beige thick wool yarn pillow utilized the blocking of the pillow to make the frame more grounded and lifelike.

For the close-up in front of the fish bowl, utilizing the reflection of the glass and the goldfish swimming in the water as the foreground, leaning slightly forward, with fingers gently touching the glass. Looking into the lens through the glass increased the sense of layering and story in the frame. For Anime-style photography, the color echo of clothing, props, and environment is very important. This time, a unified white base, complemented by black line accents, paired with the background wood and green colors, resulted in a very clean overall tone. Communication with the photographer during the shoot was also very smooth. Because the character's personality leans towards introversion, the actions didn't need to be too exaggerated; emotions were conveyed more through subtle adjustments of gaze and posture. This whole set of photos maintains a daily leisure feel while retaining the dreamy atmosphere of 2D.
