The coordination of props and clothing for Sunna in this photo actually took a lot of thought. For a character that combines mechanical elements with a maid design, just getting this entire outfit ready to head out is already a small battle in itself. To achieve a fluffy twin-tail effect with the mint-green wig, I stuffed quite a few hairnets into the inner layers, and with the cat-ear headband added, the weight on top of my head is genuinely not light. Her signature red tie and golden badge around the neck, along with the small green decorations on the chest, look exceptionally clear in texture under the venue's warm white lighting. What satisfies me the most is the tailoring of this dress—the multi-layered black and white tiered cake skirt paired with white ruffles beautifully presents that fluffy, airy feel when worn. The white leg sleeves underneath, combined with the black line divisions and the red bows at the calves, visually elongate the leg lines while perfectly maintaining the character's playful style.

When I first received the prop—the white megaphone gun—I was actually a bit worried about its weight and the center of gravity when posing. This prop features a red-and-white mechanical amplifier design at the top; although the gun body looks light, once you add all the details of metal screws and joints, holding it for a long time does make the wrist a bit sore. Luckily, its design is very solid, making it an excellent accessory for auxiliary movements. This time at the venue, I ran into several highly experienced Anime-style photography masters who deeply understand the snapshot key points for characters like this. For instance, the standard sky-pointing pose in Picture 1 looks very simple, but to keep the body lines fully stretched, the angle of the hips and the height of the shoulders must be deliberately balanced. Meanwhile, the single-leg supported, slight leaping dynamic snapshots in Picture 2 and Picture 3 really rely on luck to turn out well. I tried numerous times just to capture the exact split-second where the skirt hem flared out naturally while keeping my expression from collapsing. Because the skirt hem has some weight, if you don't jump to a specific height, the edges can easily sag, or the white leg sleeves and kneepads on my legs might show unnatural wrinkles.

Many friends who enjoy cosplay notice the reflection effect on the convention floor when checking out Convention photos. Indeed, taking photos on this kind of smooth convention floor, especially with a wide-angle lens, allows you to utilize the mirror image of the floor to enrich the layers of the composition. However, reflections also mean extremely high demands on lighting; without the support of on-site lighting, it's easy to end up with a dull complexion or overexposure. Fortunately, the on-site lighting conditions were excellent, which not only perfectly restored the mint-green color of the wig but also kept the black and white boundary lines of the costume exceptionally sharp. During the shoot, I also consciously avoided letting my arms and thighs block the core props and the edges of the skirt hem. After all, the focus of the character Sunna lies exactly in this contrast between combat attributes and cute playfulness.

In fact, taking on a styling with both weapons and wide skirt hems makes one most afraid of accidentally messing up the clothes or snagging the wig during the shoot. Therefore, I tried my best to avoid crowded flows of people at the venue, finding slightly wider aisles to hold my ground. Earlier, some fellow fans asked me if these postures that look suspended in mid-air were composited in post-production. Actually, if you look closely at Picture 2 and Picture 3, the tips of my shoes have a landing point—it relies entirely on leg muscles instantly tightening to maintain the center of gravity, and after finishing the shoot, my thighs and calves were genuinely a bit numb. However, seeing that leaping vitality in the final cuts makes all these little hardships feel completely worthwhile. The convention atmosphere always makes me forget my physical fatigue, especially when surrounding audiences cast approving glances or when photography masters softly guide my movements; that sense of immersion is truly irreplaceable. Sharing these photos is also done in the hope of passing this happiness and the character's uniquely expressive, lively, and unconventional setting along to more fellow enthusiasts who love cosplay culture.
