The greatest highlight of this styling is definitely the texture of the hair and the ahoge on top of my head. I am truly grateful for the craft of the wig stylist @Xiaobabababa; holding it in my hand, I felt the hair strands were exceptionally smooth, unlike some wigs that look frizzy or unnaturally shiny. The light pinkish-purple paired with that small touch of bright blue highlights, along with the fluffy air bangs, makes the hair flow look very natural on my face, without looking rigid like wearing a stiff wig cap. The trimming and styling details in this wig styling sharing are beautifully tailored to fit my face shape.

As for the clothing, I must be honest and say this isn't a custom-ordered costume bought specifically to recreate Denia, but an idle white dress I pulled out from my old wardrobe. I personally adore white pieces with straps, cross laces, and bow elements, and felt they matched the character's baseline. Of course, there are definitely shortcomings in terms of accuracy; for the neckline, I wrapped white fabric around several times to simulate that bandage feel, while for the sleeves, I wore semi-transparent white mesh arm sleeves to stay as visually close to the original setting as possible. The bows on the costume were indeed sewn on by myself because the original dress didn't have such large decorations. So if you spot any differences in the details of this cosplay outfit coordination, I truly ask for everyone's understanding.

Why did I want to do this look? Because in the storyline, Yaya is truly so heartbreaking, and that line "Return my Denia" made many players tear up—that pitiful and helpless feeling gives people a strong urge to protect her. Although I didn't deliberately imitate a crying expression in front of the lens, I hoped to capture that fragile, porcelain-doll-like feeling through this white-themed styling and cool aura. The red-and-black controller held in my hand serves as a minor interactive prop, pretending to play games or stepping in from a daily scene, preventing the overall frame from looking too dry and adding a bit of real-life atmosphere.

Regarding the makeup design, to match such light-colored hair, I specifically selected a pair of bright blue contact lenses to echo the blue highlights at the tips of the hair. The eye makeup emphasizes the elongation of the eyeliner, utilizing a liquid eyeliner pen to outline an upturned cat-eye, while softly sweeping a circle of pinkish-orange eyeshadow under the eyes to neutralize the aloofness, making it look slightly softer. The lip makeup features a dewy coral color, looking moist and plump. During the shoot, we used even soft light instead of harsh light, which preserved the natural delicate texture of the skin and made the light-colored wig look cleaner without complex shadows. The camera was placed at an eye-level position, and the composition nicely framed my face and upper body, clearly displaying the neck bandages and off-the-shoulder costume flow characteristic of the character.

Additionally, for that cute little ahoge on top of my head, I specifically used a bit of hairspray to shape its curve, making it naturally tilt upward, which serves as the very soul of Denia. Tilting my head slightly while taking photos, or letting my hand rest gently on the shoulder straps, made the frame look lively and free of rigid posing. In the end, having played cosplay for so long, whether an outfit can be perfectly restored is just a reference point—it's more about enjoying this process of "becoming" a certain character. Combing the hair strands smoothly, making the makeup delicate, and coordinating the accessories—even if patched together with old clothes—as long as you pour your emotion and energy into it, the photos will have their own life.
