The hustle and bustle of the convention floor still echoes in my ears, but once walking out of the venue and catching the natural light filtering through the street gaps, shooting takes on a whole new spark. This set of photos didn't deliberately construct complex studio backgrounds, nor did it move a studio setup into the convention; it focuses primarily on that casual feeling of an accidental encounter from a "passerby's perspective." For the outfit, I chose a dark blue sailor collar paired with a light pink ribbon tie, plus a white loose hooded cardigan sweater. The fluffy pink plush pockets on both sides of the garment softly added a touch of everyday life and youthful charm. For the lower half, a dark blue pleated skirt and white tights were paired with black platform loafers. The overall style was a very standard Japanese school aesthetic—comfortable and unpretentious—perfectly matching the feeling of strolling naturally down the street that I envisioned.

For the light purple long hair, I selected a style with straight bangs and twin tails on both sides, tied up with black knot-style hair ties. This kept it from looking overly heavy while allowing it to float naturally with movement when walking across the crosswalk. The tiny black hair clips on the forehead served as a subtle accent, creating a bit of visual contrast with the overall light color palette. As for props, the Transparent umbrella was the soul of this outfit. It not only added a translucent texture to the frame, but also created beautiful light spots and reflections when interacting with sunlight. The weather on the shoot day was just right; sunlight filtered down through the canopy of the umbrella, lending a soft and warm tone to the overall atmosphere.

Regarding capturing actions, I communicated extensively with the photographer. We didn't deliberately seek complex backgrounds, simply walking back and forth across the pedestrian crosswalk outside the convention hall. One shot that left a deep impression was the one with one leg lifted, aimed at capturing that playful and light moment; the body's balance naturally stirred the skirt hem, presenting the combination of White tights and loafers quite completely. Looking back at the raw photos later, I noticed a breeze happened to blow through, making the state of hair strands and coat corners remarkably natural. Photographer Shunmingjun UP is adept at capturing this everyday ambiance. Every time the shutter clicked, he accurately retained fleeting dynamic expressions. He taught me how to use the Transparent umbrella to block vehicle reflections behind me, or how to adjust my gaze to pretend I was genuinely a student waiting for a bus after school.

Because we shot on real streets, it was inevitable to draw glances from passersby. At first, facing this scrutiny from a "passerby's perspective" felt a bit nerve-wracking, but once immersed in the moment, I felt this genuine environment infused the photos with a vitality unreplicable in a studio setting. Vehicles passing by blurred into the background, while the white stripes of the crosswalk enhanced the frame's depth and perspective. Looking back at these photos now, what I love most is that unpolished authenticity and naturally flowing relaxation. White tights, purple hair, umbrella, backpack—these elements combined, framed by sunlight and streets, yielded an illusion of pure ACG everyday life walking into reality. I've always felt that a cosplayer's control over scene immersion is crucial, and this time the harmony with natural light hit expectations perfectly, making for a truly comfortable shooting experience.
