[Tenshi Hinanawi cosplay] Touhou Project: The daily photoshoot of the Master of Heaven

This time I cosplayed Tenshi Hinanawi, the eldest daughter of heaven from Touhou Project. My friends have always said that my vibe fits this character perfectly, and this time I finally fulfilled my dream. First, let's talk about the costume—the amount of details on this outfit is absolutely staggering. The white top with black borders, the diamond-shaped patchwork colors and vine patterns on the chest, along with the red bowtie, make the overall color scheme highly eye-catching. The outer layer of the skirt has a deep blue base with complex subtle patterns, while the inner layer is white pleated, accompanied by those thin decorative cords that flutter as I walk, giving it a great dynamic feel. The hat design also took a lot of thought; it's a black wide-brimmed hat sewn with pink buds and light blue small flowers, and a printed silk ribbon with tassels is tied at the back of the head, making the silhouette look very full from both front and back. The wig is a light blue long straight wig. To make it easier to wear the hat, the bangs were specially trimmed and the top was treated for support; the color is very fresh and doesn't look fake. For makeup, I used red-orange colored contacts to match the character's eye color, and slightly elongated the outer corners of the eyes to look more energetic, perfectly highlighting the combination of blue hair, red eyes. The shooting location was a city plaza with modern skyscrapers in the background. This kind of grayish-white outdoor natural light is perfect for cool-toned cosplays; the diffused reflection of light makes the skin look transparent, and the textures on the clothing can be clearly displayed. The photographer @R饼锐度不够 did an excellent job with the candid captures, bringing the crisp quality typically found in professional convention photography. The single-leg lift pose in the first photo was a spontaneous idea. There happened to be a gust of wind, so I thought about making a stance as if holding a wand and getting ready to cast a spell. I didn't expect the final image to have such strong tension, and it even clearly captured the soles of the long boots and the details of the laces. The subsequent poses holding the brim of the hat are more casual, like strolling and sunbathing in daily life, which gives it a more lived-in feel. This cosplay outfit was made by @keprty:)植植; the pattern is very accurate, the waistline is beautifully cinched, and the fabric texture is premium—I am especially satisfied with the drape of the skirt. Because the headpiece and hat are relatively large, we had to be careful with the angles during the shoot to avoid blocking my face. Fortunately, the photographer was very experienced and kept guiding me to turn and tilt my head, capturing many beautiful angles. Actually, every time I do a cosplay, the most time-consuming part is restoring the details—like the position of the bowtie pin, the length of the black borders on the cuffs, and the number of eyelets on the boots. These seemingly insignificant points come together to truly bring the character to life. I felt quite satisfied after this shoot, not only because of the high accuracy but also because I found a feeling that resonates with the character's personality. Tenshi's confidence and casualness can actually be expressed through body language; there's no need to intentionally force a fierce expression, just being natural is fine. Seeing these final photos while sorting through them made me feel that all the hard work that day was well worth it. Finally, thanks to everyone who collaborated with me.
