For this shoot, I chose the Christmas look of Goldenglow from Arknights, with the overall hair, makeup, and post-processing atmosphere meticulously planned. To capture the character's innate Cute girl charm while fitting the Christmas cosplay theme, the outfit featured a classic red-and-green palette trimmed with expansive white fur edging and fluffy pompoms, completed by feathered wing props on the back. Before shooting, I specifically adjusted the positioning of the over-the-knee White tights cosplay and tulle skirt to ensure leg lines appeared elongated when sitting or lying on my side, while preventing any wardrobe malfunctions.

The location was set in a vintage Christmas cabin, where leather sofas and deep-pile shag rugs across the floor offered rich textures. The photographer's lighting was the heart of this set, utilizing an atmospheric warm key light that made the green of the outfit look wonderfully rich against the cool, dark background. My facial makeup focused heavily on eye details, which, paired with the pink wig and red ribbon headband, created a visually striking look.

During the shoot, I tried various postures including sitting straight-on, resting my chin on my hand while turned sideways, and extending my legs. Reviewing the raw shots revealed that a frontal seated pose with crossed legs best showcased the overall styling and costume lines, so I ultimately chose it for the cover. This classic frontal perspective is nicely centered and perfectly displays the texture of the skirt and stockings, directly conveying the character's approachable warmth.

For anyone looking to pull off this look, I recommend paying close attention to costume details—such as the fluffiness of the pompoms and how the wings are secured—while lightweight props (like a small trumpet) can add visual richness. When shooting outdoors or in chilly studios during winter, remember to stay warm; wearing nude thermal underwear as a base layer prevents bulkiness in the upper body when taking off the outer coat for shots. All in all, the vintage warmth of this set and the character's quiet, distinctive aura were beautifully captured in this setting. The entire shoot was delightful and proved to be a wonderful photography experience.
