Putting on this pink pajama set from the Miniso collaboration, I tried to faithfully recreate Eyjafjalla's image—combining a scholar's intellect with the gentle, tender nature of a little sheep. The focus of the styling this time lay in the choice of dress fabric; to embody the languid relaxation of pajamas, a drapey satin material was chosen. The sheep horns and gradient wig on the head are the soul of the look. To properly fix the horns in place and prevent any unnatural seams, a lot of time was spent making adjustments. The pink gradient transition at the hair ends also required individual styling, ultimately adopting a curly twin-tail design to enhance overall lightness.
For the set, green artificial moss mats and several clusters of hydrangeas and lilies were used to create the sensation of being in a natural meadow. The pink dress looked exceptionally soft against the green background. Stepping barefoot on the moss was a very unique experience; the cool tactile sensation helped me instantly immerse myself in character, while the deep blue straps at the ankles served as the finishing touch of the design. In the first shot capturing the moment of lifting the skirt hem, the photographer utilized warm rim lighting that gently hit the hem, creating a subtle translucent glow that greatly enhanced the visual softness of the sleepwear.
The second photo adopted a completely unguarded posture—sitting cross-legged while hugging the Pajama sheep plush toy corresponding to the character. The plush texture of the doll contrasted nicely with the satin of the dress. During shooting, I adjusted my posture to let my shoulders sink naturally, striving to simulate that dazed, daydreaming state right after waking up in a grassy field. Because the character is inherently designed as a little lamb, I sought to capture a touch of natural innocence, airheaded sweetness, and gentle approachable charm in the facial expressions and subtle gestures. This collaboration styling retained the core characteristics of the character from Arknights while emphasizing cuteness. It was a thoroughly enjoyable shooting experience that gave me fresh inspiration on blending daily fashion elements with themed photoshoots in this Pink-themed cosplay.
