[Daji cosplay] Honor of Kings Adorable Fox-Eared Girl Convention Photos

The finished edits for this Daji cosplay (Daji cosplay) set and Convention photos are finally complete. To capture the spirit of this character from Honor of Kings, I poured tremendous effort into the hair and makeup styling. For the wig, I selected pink wavy curls with a gradient finish, which created rich depth and dimension under natural sunlight. The headwear was paired with voluminous, fluffy animal ears (Kemonomimi girl), accented with white lace frills and a tiny pink plush animal mascot beside them, crowned by an oversized light blue glittery bow to channel a sweet, classic 2D anime charm.

In terms of wardrobe, this light blue off-the-shoulder dress is brimming with intricate details. The neckline and cuffs feature multi-tiered white ruffles, while the skirt is composed of layered tulle in light blue, pink, and white. A white apron-style accent was specifically tailored at the waist, trimmed with fine gold lace borders. The pink plush accessories at the waistband and the faux-leather label on the tail were subtle, deliberate touches I curated. For makeup, I accentuated the eyes with pink eyeshadow and pronounced false lashes, swept generous blush across the cheeks, and applied a high-shine glossy lip tint to sculpt facial dimension before the lens while aligning closely with the character's radiant aura.

The sunlight outside the CJ convention hall was glorious, though it also brought harsh, direct lighting that required continuous angle adjustments during the shoot. Guided by the Anime-style photography specialist, I explored poses like glancing over the shoulder and forming finger hearts, striving to express the character's lively, playful charm. Holding the cute sign prop while moving to the upbeat rhythm truly immersed me into the character's world. While the oversized plush tail looks magnificent, navigating the outdoor area still required extra mindfulness regarding balance and footwork.

Doing cosplay is far more than merely putting on a costume; it is an immersive journey into a character's soul. From curating wigs and makeup tests to performing before the lens at the convention, every step demands patience and passion. I am thrilled to share this joy through these photos.
