The work brought to you this time is a Game cosplay of Chang'e's Like a Dream skin from Honor of Kings. The design core of the Like a Dream skin lies in the fusion of chilliness and melancholy; to restore that aloof yet dreamy aura, a lot of thought went into the preparation of costumes and props beforehand. The entire outfit adopts a blue-and-white gradient color scheme, with large amounts of semi-sheer tulle material used across the skirt hem and cuffs, making it effortless to capture fluid, graceful dynamics when walking or lying down. The blue straps and pink tassels across the chest serve as the visual focal point, while the bright blue ribbon at the waist incorporates subtle glitter material, casting a slight refractive sheen under the exhibition hall's overhead lights. Regarding accessories, the pair of black curved horns adorned with red accents on the head serves as the soul of the look; the base of the horns is paired with white feathers and plush decorations, forming a striking contrast against the sleek straight black wig, softening the facial fierceness and adding a touch of gentleness. The pink round hand fan features silver metallic patterns printed on its surface, making it exceptionally practical as an interactive prop during the shoot.

To align with the setting of the most melancholic person in the entire canyon, the makeup deepened the eye contours, while the lip makeup selected a true-red shade. Setting and touching up makeup amid the intense walking at the convention venue proved especially vital. The wig had its ends straightened during styling; because there was a gentle breeze inside the venue, the natural fluttering of hair strands and skirt hems during standing or walking significantly elevated the frame's tension. This shoot selected the spacious lobby of the convention venue, featuring a highly reflective polished floor surface, which delivered phenomenal mirror reflection effects. However, pulling off various sitting and lying postures on such a slick floor required crucial core strength control and center of gravity adjustments.

The first cover image features a side-lying pose on the floor, requiring the body's center of gravity to be pressed low while allowing the skirt hem to fan out as naturally as possible, leveraging floor reflections to create a top-bottom symmetrical composition. To let the leg lines appear faintly beneath the sheer tulle skirt, the bending angle of the knees was deliberately adjusted, allowing the gaze to extend fluidly along the fabric. The second half-body close-up focuses primarily on emotional delivery, using the round fan to obscure the lower half of the face and concentrating all visual focus purely onto the gaze, striving to project Chang'e's desolate and frosty feeling within the canyon. The third pose—a sitting posture with one leg bent and one hand holding the round fan high—was designed to showcase the overall tailoring and layered texture of the outfit while utilizing floor reflections to increase image depth. The final standing shot required using body movements to drive the sheer tulle and ribbons on the body, causing them to exhibit natural fluttering dynamics, which, when paired with the background of the convention's modern venue architecture, generated a visual contrast intertwining classical and sci-fi elements.

The entire process heavily tested the mastery of costume materials and on-site lighting because semi-sheer tulle skirts easily lose detail under harsh light, requiring constant communication with the photographer during the shoot to hunt down angles within the convention lobby where lighting was relatively soft and capable of generating reflections. Both the styling and posing choreography for this shoot leaned closely toward the character's inherent aura without employing excessive exaggerated filters, striving to present the purest melancholy and chilliness of Like a Dream. That wraps up this sharing; looking forward to bringing more distinct style experiments next time.
