[Skadi cosplay] Arknights: Fate at 168 pulls is right now

This blue-and-white top paired with dark blue denim shorts forms the core of this Arknights Skadi cosplay. The top features a halter off-the-shoulder design that looks clean and crisp. Cross-lacing with thin cords accents the chest, while a blue bow right in the center adds a touch of delicacy. The lively ruffled hem creates fantastic dynamic movement when walking or when a breeze blows. Under indoor lighting, the drape and lightweight texture of the fabric render quite well. The denim shorts are classic washed dark blue with a high-waisted cut, paired with a thin white leather belt featuring a silver metal buckle to clearly define upper and lower body proportions.

To complement the character's summer look, I incorporated black dual-strap leg garter outfit elements on my legs. These buckle-style leg garters require careful adjustment during wearing—too loose and they slip off, too tight and they restrict leg movement. Fortunately, this size fit just right, securing firmly around mid-thigh. On my feet were platform strap sandals; the light wood soles and blue crisscross straps nicely echoed the overall color scheme. Although these platform shoes look lightweight, they actually have some weight to them. To stabilize my center of gravity while posing for photos, I had to pay special attention to my standing posture to prevent uneven pressure on my ankles.

For hair styling, I chose a long, straight silver-white wig. Light-colored wigs like this have great texture under lighting, highlighting a fresh and capable aura. Perching sunglasses on top of my head added a casual holiday vibe. Moderate bangs were left in front to frame the face. After covering the face with a mask or sticker, combining the hat and wig conveys the character's summer traits well. Naturally, the wig requires trimming and styling before going out, as hair roots tend to tangle, and it's best protected with a net and hanger during daily storage.

The shooting location was a home environment. Sitting on a black metal high stool, the background consisted of sheer white curtains and dark blue blackout curtains. The sheer curtain softened the indoor light, acting like a natural softbox and giving the light-colored top a subtle glowing sheen. The red-and-white plush toy nearby served as a visual highlight; this color contrast kept the frame from looking too plain, adding plenty of playful charm while hinting at a youthful feel.

Throughout the shoot, I needed to constantly adjust my poses. Crossing my legs yielded the best visual effect, not only displaying the strap design of the leg garter outfit but also optimizing body lines. Sitting on the high stool allowed my body to stretch naturally, resting hands on the stool edge or letting them drape naturally at my sides for a relaxed, effortless posture. To keep the top's hem neat, I manually adjusted the ruffles before each camera angle change to prevent folding from ruining the light, airy look. Although this nearly hour-long shooting process involved repetitive adjustments, the resulting photos turned out exactly as expected. Since earlier posts mentioned gacha pulling 168 times, this cosplay serves as a real-life commemoration of that dedicated pull.
