In terms of overall visual tone, ice-blue and pure white were chosen as the primary palette, striving to recreate the tranquility belonging to The Black Shores in the original setting.

This Ice-blue wig is key to recreating the look. It isn't completely straight, but features subtle wave curls, especially with side hair locks falling naturally to frame the face. The hair color has meticulous light-and-shadow transitions, gradually fading from light ash-white at the crown to vibrant ice-blue at the tips. The hair accessory section selected butterfly elements echoing the hair color. The butterfly hairpiece at the top is rich in detail, with blue-and-white stitched textures and metallic edges adding a touch of dynamism to the entire look. The dangling pearl chain below acts as a finishing touch to enhance delicacy, swaying gently with body movements to elongate the neck collar's visual focus.

The neck and chest accessories are distinctly layered. A white lace choker fits tightly around the neck, paired with thin metal chains and a cross pendant structure, adding sophistication and depth to the pure aesthetic. The striking blue metallic butterfly pendant at the center creates a clever balance with the hair ornament above, serving as a visual anchor for the photos. The costume incorporates extensive ruffles and stacked pleats. White fabrics display soft diffuse reflection under illumination, with airy sheer textiles building a fluffy silhouette around shoulders and chest. Within the relatively confined space of a car interior, rich collar and cuff layering breaks up visual monotony, keeping the overall styling open and relaxed.

For makeup, heavy colors were discarded in favor of minimal subtle makeup matching the character's cool disposition. The base makeup sought a translucent and delicate finish, adhering closely to skin tone with lightweight setting powder to preserve natural skin texture. Lip color was a low-key matte pink that wouldn't steal focus from the blue hair while harmonizing with white garments. Eye gaze expression was central to the set, deliberately lowering the gaze at a subtle side profile angle to naturally evoke a gentle melancholy.

We specially chose to shoot this set inside a moving vehicle. Natural light filtering through car windows acted as the ultimate softbox, striking from the rear side to form soft light-dark boundary lines across facial features, rendering contours three-dimensional without harshness. The black background of the rear seat nicely offset the high-brightness blue and white subject in front, giving color contrast strong visual punch. Constrained by shooting space, I carefully adjusted seating posture and head tilt angles to prevent being squeezed against door frames or headrests. The final posture conveyed slightly dropped shoulders and an inward angle to create a fragile vulnerability, fittingly matching the lonely yet deep artistic atmosphere of The Black Shores.

Post-processing avoided over-saturated brightening, maintaining a subtle matte texture throughout. Shadows were slightly darkened with softened contrast to enhance the dreamy atmosphere of the photo set. This approach balanced highlights and shadows, making the blue hair tone and white garments look sophisticated and refined.

Significant effort went into refining the wig styling. The original bangs slightly obstructed line of sight, so I layered the sideburns to curve naturally along the cheeks, visually elongating the face. Anti-frizz treatment kept the hair light and airy without appearing stiff under outdoor light. Beyond the prominent butterfly hairpiece, small pearls and silver beads embedded in hair strands were essential details, twinkling softly as light shifted to avoid monochrome monotony. Precise alignment of these accessories was vital to overall completion.

Costume tailoring required close attention. To prevent multi-layered ruffles from looking bulky, every pleat layer was meticulously organized prior to wearing to ensure fluffy neatness. Shoulder straps and corset design highlighted shoulder-neck lines while concentrating visual focus on the face and upper chest—crucial for half-body framing. Shooting inside a car posed strict composition demands, avoiding window reflections and cluttered interior objects while maintaining a relaxed state. Genuine melancholy cannot be forced; it requires immersing oneself in the character's mindset, imagining looking out the window as thoughts drift away.

Shooting in a moving car provided a fluid background against the stationary subject through rapidly receding scenery. This dynamic-static contrast highlighted the character's tranquil beauty. Capturing those fleeting moments fulfilled the vision I wanted to present. Hopefully, this dedication to detail and atmosphere allows everyone to feel the heart put into this cosplay project. Before shooting, I mentally sketched the character's life scenes—her emotions are restrained, so I avoided large movements, using finger placements and shoulder angles to build elegance. Subtle body language often conveys character melancholy far better than exaggerated expressions.

Furthermore, the white pleated fabric assumes a creamy soft texture under low light, ideal for expressing tranquil mood. To give frames breathing room, I avoided harsh flashlights in favor of natural window light. This natural softness is hard to replicate with artificial light, yielding healthy, natural skin tones. From woven wig locks to layered collar ornaments, every detail precision impacted final shots. Fine-tuning accessory placements throughout the shoot ensured the most natural fit. Despite the tedious process, seeing the final images made every effort worthwhile.
