The spatial lighting design was superb: large sections of blue-purple strip neon tubes, combined with yellow industrial caution tape and iron warning signs bearing radiation symbols, instantly established that immersive Cyberpunk cosplay atmosphere. Although people joked in the post that I looked a bit like a slacker wearing this, this oversized jacket mixed with an Over-the-knee socks outfit happens to be my favorite everyday style—comfortable, flexible, and effortlessly stylish. When posing, I experimented with different gaze angles, such as slightly tilting my head up toward the camera or looking down at the penguin in my hands, doing my best to capture that effortless, casual ease.
Post-processing mainly involved tuning the ambient lighting tones, making the purple neon and blue screens appear purer while moderately crushing shadow details to enhance a cinematic, cool crispness in this Anime-style photography session. I also ensured consistent color grading across the set without over-smoothing that destroys natural lighting texture, preserving authentic grain throughout the scene. The final result aligns with the hardcore aesthetics of 2D wasteland lore while preserving the authentic state of the wearer. Shooting in the studio for several hours was exhausting, but seeing the final photos, the meticulously arranged lighting details and carefully curated styling were beautifully showcased before the lens in this Belle cosplay.
