[Misaki cosplay] Blue Archive Uniform Styling: Office Pose Reference Shoot

Shooting this office Uniform edition of Kisaki from Blue Archive was motivated by a desire to build a practical catalog of Pose reference materials set in a professional corporate space. While leaning towards classic commute styling, subtle anime character tweaks were integrated throughout.

The top is a tailored pinstripe long-sleeve button-down in sharp monochrome. I relaxed the collar slightly to soften jawline framing. Black shoulder suspenders drew a continuous vertical line down to the high-waisted black pencil skirt, creating flattering visual elongation. The twin-bun odango hairstyle required firm hairpins and light pomade to slick down flyaways, trimming the straight bangs precisely to brush the brow line. The Stockings featured a semi-matte, subtle sheen; under office fluorescent lighting, this fabric cleanly sculpted the calves and thighs while clinging smoothly to leg contours.

Staged across a furnished corporate office, the poses remained grounded in authentic desk routines rather than exaggerated action: sitting naturally on an ergonomic swivel chair with crossed legs and hands resting lightly on the knee, or holding an ID lanyard up to the lens. For the shot reviewing the blue document folder, casting my gaze downward immersed the frame in quiet workplace focus. Working actively with office props like clipboards and lanyards prevents hand awkwardness, while perching slightly forward on the seat edge elongates the torso.
