Today, I shot a set of School-supplied uniform Sportswear photos in a white seamless studio. Originally, Fei-fei and I agreed on shooting gym uniforms, but when I stepped out after changing, Fei-fei was genuinely shocked and teased that it was unexpectedly modest. Indeed, our School-supplied uniform style sports jacket paired with a pleated skirt looks exactly like this: a navy blue base with yellow color-blocking, zipper half-zipped—modest, yet crisply tailored. Speaking of Shujitsu, this set is now only missing a school bag to be completely assembled, marking a neat little milestone.
The shooting process was honestly quite hilarious and abstract. I snuck in plenty of personal favorites into the white studio—beyond the standard Basketball, I grabbed a bottle of cola and my phone as props. Frankly speaking, I have zero athletic talent and can't play basketball at all, so my form and athletic exertion in the photos are hardly textbook standard. Holding the Basketball, my head was entirely occupied with striking flattering Photo poses rather than sinking the ball into the hoop. Fei-fei coached me from the side, telling me to lower my center of gravity, bend my knees slightly, and keep focus in my eyes. Yet every time I tried to exert force, either the ball nearly slipped away or I wobbled off-balance—a sight too funny to behold.
To channel the vibe of a girl playing basketball, I experimented with multiple ball-handling Photo poses. For instance, cradling the ball with both hands while looking upward, pretending the ball had just been tossed; or holding the ball in one hand by my ear as if answering a phone call; or sitting on the floor with the ball resting beside my legs, holding a cola to evoke the relaxed ease of resting after practice. I even imitated the jumping motion of a jump shot; though I didn't jump very high, the hem of the jacket and pleated skirt flared with the motion, resulting in candid captures that looked surprisingly dynamic. The yellow-and-blue Sportswear produced striking color contrast against the seamless white backdrop, while the white socks and yellow-accented white sneakers matched the palette of the outfit flawlessly.

Every cosplay shoot brings fresh experiences; although sneaking in these quirky personal touches left me sweating buckets, the resulting photos were an absolute delight.
