[Evanescia cosplay] Honkai: Star Rail, The Healing Pair of Desserts and Rabbit Ears

Yesterday, I went to a cafe with French windows. The lighting was excellent, and the wooden tables and chairs were perfect for shooting some slice-of-life photos, so I directly took this set of casual cosplay photos on-site for Evanescia. When preparing this look, to make the rabbit ear elements more vivid, I specially blew the wig to have fluffy layers and chose pinkish-white long hair. Combined with the red bow tie and the embroidered patterns on the cuffs, as well as the multi-layered micro-pleats at the cuffs and neckline, along with the black-and-gold epaulets and silver piping on the edges, I strove to present a more realistic and detailed character texture in front of the camera. During the shoot, with the help of afternoon natural light, the sunlight dappled through the gaps in the leaves onto the wig and clothes, presenting a wonderful soft atmosphere without needing almost any extra fill light. The character Evanescia herself possesses a hint of liveliness and tsundere charm, and this gap moe is perfectly expressed through these slightly playful interactive frames. I intentionally adjusted the perspective closer to the lens, making a gesture as if feeding desserts, which, paired with the matching plush doll customized by a handmade crafter next to me, added fun and interactivity to the picture. This glass of mint soda topped with a vanilla ice cream scoop and a red cherry perfectly echoed the refreshing colors of the outfit. The sunlight at 2 PM just pierced through the French windows, leaving a layer of soft, warm-toned light and shadow on the cafe table, beautifully complementing the pink wig and the mint green beverage, making the color saturation of the entire set of photos more natural and translucent. This lightweight, casual-oriented shoot made me feel much more relaxed than a tense studio session, allowing me to focus more attention on showcasing the playful yet healing details of the character's personality through this bit of dessert therapy. I really enjoyed this quiet time accompanied by the work and the character, recording this pleasant afternoon in this manner for this piece of Anime cosplay.
