[Sunna Cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero Sunna Afternoon Tea Break, The Perfect Match of Maid Costume and Cafe

Changing into this mint-kitten-themed maid costume and stepping into this retro cafe studio set, I instantly felt the atmosphere hit its peak. This shoot features Sunna's afternoon tea break look from Zenless Zone Zero, pairing wavy mint-green pigtails with cat-ear hair accessories and that signature oversized yellow bell on a red bowtie—lively and playful. Costume details are exquisite: white cartoon patterns on dark blue puff sleeves, rich ruffled layers on the apron hem, paired with white over-the-knee socks decorated with red hearts on the thighs, plus wide vertical-striped leg warmers and red bows on the calves. The overall color scheme is crisp and clean, sweet without being overwhelming in this Maid cosplay.

We prepared several different scene states during the shoot. Sitting on the red leather sofa crossing legs or resting my chin on one hand showcases the skirt layers and leg lines of the maid outfit wonderfully. Holding a black tray and bringing cherry desserts and iced drinks toward the lens simulates a real server's state, complemented by the coffee menu on the blackboard behind, instantly bringing the character to life. That blackboard reading "Tiramisu" and "Lava cake," along with the nearby retro telephone, added a rich touch of everyday life to the image in Cafe photography.

Regarding props, besides the tray and desserts, we paired a red-and-white toy water gun and a winged small backpack. Picking up the water gun with one foot resting on the sofa blends laziness with cool posture, making Sunna's character far more multifaceted in Anime cosplay. The photographer's lighting was remarkably soft, capturing skin texture and wig color with high transparency, while the wooden counter and black iron round tables in the setting felt substantial and detailed. The main challenge of this shoot lay in capturing that demeanor—simultaneously lazy yet sprinkled with playful charm—avoiding stiff movements while constantly monitoring folds on the skirt and leg warmers to ensure good angles throughout. Overall, this cafe theme with a dash of retro light-punk collided with Sunna cosplay outfit to spark very special magic, making for a truly delightful shooting experience.
