This Hyacinthia look is finally ready to share with everyone! When I first took on the shoot project for the Honkai: Star Rail Hyacinthia x White Rabbit collaboration, I was genuinely thrilled—Hyacinthia's lively, sweet personality harmonizes effortlessly with the nostalgic sweetness of White Rabbit creamy candy. Since I love snacking on White Rabbit candy in my daily life, this project felt especially close to my heart.

Let's talk about the wig first. To match the character, I styled a pink-to-blue gradient wig topped with a bold red beret. Wig maintenance was remarkably time-intensive: preserving the airy volume of the pink base while blending a seamless transition into the baby blue tips required generous coats of styling spray and dedicated combing. For makeup, I went with bright blue cosmetic contacts to create a vivid visual contrast against the pink hair, shaping the eye makeup with an anime 2D touch to enlarge the eyes and maximize playful charm.

Costume-wise, the red-and-white sailor-collared short-sleeved shirt paired with a blue tie delivers striking, high-energy colors. Beneath it is a white pleated skirt adorned with red ribbon bows and stitched dashed-line accents. The lower half deserves special mention: white over-the-knee stockings banded with red-and-blue stripes along the cuffs, worn with deep brown retro loafers, visually elongated the leg lines gorgeously. To keep my legs looking crisp on camera, I stretched thoroughly beforehand, as Hyacinthia calls for buoyant, weightless poses like balancing on one foot or light hops. Layered on top was an oversized white chunky-knit cardigan trimmed with wavy red-and-blue hems, lending the silhouette an everyday warmth that caught the studio strobes with lush texture while being easy to slip on between takes to stay warm.

The set was built inside a seamless white studio styled with sheer white drapery, white wrought-iron arches, matching cafe tables, and scattered white blossoms alongside potted greenery, yielding a brilliantly airy, translucent mood. Throughout the session, I held a bag of White Rabbit creamy candy in hand. Photographer @Wahaha snapped plenty of dynamic action frames—hoisting the candy bag high, shifting footwork in place, and resting clenched fists before my chest—all striving to bring Hyacinthia's spunky, adorable nature to life. Constantly fine-tuning poses and expressions while tracking the key light to catch flattering angles proved physically demanding; I actually munched on several White Rabbit candies during breaks to recharge! To achieve that flared, dynamic arch in the skirt, I experimented with multiple spin techniques, taking care on the glossy studio floor so the loafers wouldn't slip and turn my posture stiff.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with the final gallery. While some poses could always be refined further—standard 'cosplay OOC apologies' apply!—the fine details and joyful atmosphere of the collaboration came through clearly. I hope this styling lets everyone feel Hyacinthia's boundless cuteness. The outfit came from @ManJiongCos; the pattern cutting was great and very comfortable to wear, definitely recommended to fellow cosplayers.
