Sacred melodies echo as I descend. Looking at these two convention hall photos captured during the event, the stillness of this moment feels particularly precious. Donning this attire bestowed with divine authority was far more than putting together layers of garments—it was an on-site interpretation of the unique essence of Focalors and Furina from Genshin Impact. Embodying the Queen of All Waters naturally demanded absolute precision across all equipment and Water God makeup and styling.

What satisfied me most about the costume was the fabric of the gown's skirts. Crafted from a lustrous fabric with a gradient transition from pure white to glacial ice blue, it refracted light under stage spotlights reminiscent of flowing water ripples. The blue bow at the waist and long trailing ribbons echoed the core Hydro element. To elevate the sacred divinity, I paired the look with a massive set of white feathered wings; although lightweight, wearing them naturally compelled me to keep my back perfectly upright, subtly shaping my posture throughout this Furina cosplay and Focalors cosplay presentation.

For makeup and hair, to match this compassionate yet aloof divine demeanor, I selected vivid blue contact lenses paired with a soft, clean base that de-emphasized harsh contours to highlight a radiant complexion. Paired with the wavy blue-and-white gradient wig and golden hair accessories, it captured the character's melancholic elegance. The signature curved ahoge on top was styled with crisp dimensional hold with the stylist's assistance.

The prop broadsword in hand served as another core soul of the cosplay. The luminous blue scrollwork hollows along the blade, combined with the silver crossguard and golden embellishments, carried authentic weight. In studio and Convention photography alike, sword positioning dictates dynamic tension—holding the blade diagonally or extending outward aligned with the wings' spread, creating expansive visual lines.

From the shooting environment, these photos were candidly captured during breaks beside the central expo stage. The black metal truss framework and dark reflective flooring cleanly isolated the character. Ample event lighting tested the wig layers and garment luster, delivering a crisp visual texture that did not disappoint. Against the black backdrop, the pristine white-and-blue palette immediately commanded attention.

This shoot deepened my connection to the lore. As described—bearing sins while protecting the people of Fontaine—I strove to express quiet, resolute solitude beyond mere costume grandeur. Keeping my gaze focused and crystal clear behind the lenses brought immense creative fulfillment. Subtle accents like the lace choker with sapphire pendants, golden vine leg rings, and platform Mary Janes with secure strap wraps tied the entire silhouette together, truly bringing the beloved Fontaine Archon to life from Genshin Impact.
