This photo utilizes a slightly high overhead angle, which softly highlights facial contours. To capture the character's mysterious and calm aura, today's focus was entirely on eye makeup and contact lenses. Bright sea-blue contact lenses serve as the soul of the look, paired with slightly downturned reddish eye shadow to convey an aloof yet sharp demeanor. The wig strands were pre-treated for a fluffy, light-colored straight hair texture, with full bangs focusing attention directly on the eyes. The hard black leather choker with gold line trimming and the central translucent orange-red gem reflect a warm glow under the lighting. Above the exposed collarbones on the shoulders, two matching metal decorations add refined detail. The red-and-white color-blocked main outfit breaks the monotony of light colors, creating a clean, cool feel without losing the character's stunning impact.

This shoot was originally intended as a routine character test and material output, but upon seeing the final photos, my studio team and I couldn't help laughing out loud. The reason was the Ragdoll cat in the other photo. On the day of the shoot, I casually snapped a few photos of a kitten in the rest area. While selecting photos later, putting them side-by-side revealed a shocking similarity in expression and facial features. Look at the long-haired white-and-brown cat in the picture—it also has a round face paired with deep blue eyes, and even its slightly dazed, dreamy, and lazy expression is a 70-80% match! Because of this delightful coincidence, I decided to collage the cat photo below for a fun, spontaneous post. That's part of the joy in cosplay: often the most viral moments aren't carefully staged masterpieces, but these accidental, life-filled moments.

To recreate the choker's gold patterns and gem reflections, my post-processing colleague meticulously adjusted hair strand edges one by one. The safety icon on the adjacent escalator adds a grounded real-world touch to the frame, softening any sense of artificial posing. Speaking of this character in Genshin Impact, she possesses a mysterious, unique mechanical elegance. Thus, in expression control, I consciously avoided overly exaggerated smiles, maintaining a subtle tension and thoughtful cool composure to command this gorgeous neckpiece and red-and-white color-blocked attire.

Incidentally, the collar height of this outfit is wonderfully subtle: while supporting the jawline, it perfectly reveals the collarbone and shoulders. This semi-enclosed design heavily tests neck posture; to prevent shoulders from looking heavy, I've been continuously practicing neck-and-shoulder alignment. While viewers on 2D or video platforms might be accustomed to low-angle shots showing double chins, I went the opposite route with a slightly high angle that unexpectedly looks sleek and stretched. Adding the subtle white bow on top of the head creates an endearing contrast. Compared to the Ragdoll cat's playful innocence, my selfie look feels more refined and 3D, yet the matching gaze brings a charmingly cute touch. During shooting, the long wig almost swept across the choker's gem several times, saved only by metal clips holding the hair up. Balancing props and garments like this is a painful yet joyful experience every cosplayer understands.
