Diving straight into sharing this recreation of the funny meme from Honkai: Star Rail: "Sunday standing up for Robin." Right in the middle of the Fanta collaboration buzz, the moment we saw the original meme, the immense contrast between calm command and instant execution was so hilarious that my partner and I decisively resolved to bring this iconic scene into reality.

This time I took on Robin cosplay, focusing on recreating her light-blue and white gradient wig and iconic halo headpiece. To match that subtle hitman-like coldness mixed with cute charm, the makeup specifically emphasized sharp facial contours and determined eyes, avoiding an overly soft look. The matching white cropped top tested the tailoring to ensure zero wardrobe malfunction risks during arm-raising motions, while color harmony between the props and outfit was equally essential.

The real highlight was on my partner on the right portraying Sunday. To achieve that authentic "teleporting" motion blur afterimage without relying on CGI or post-processing filters, we dialed the shutter speed to capture his actual sprinting trajectory, running back and forth over a dozen times. His circular glowing headpiece formed a streamlined light streak under dynamic motion blur; watching him streak past like a blur of lightning made us burst out laughing on set every single take. The orange Fanta collaboration drink box beside us was also a key element—placed right there, it balanced the composition and added an authentic, grounded touch to this funny meme scene.

For the shooting setting, we chose a simple indoor space where clean white walls, wooden doors, and storage cabinets helped highlight the subjects' motion dynamics. Compared to meticulously polished static beauty shots, recreating a funny meme full of kinetic clash and laugh-out-loud moments was actually far more challenging. We rehearsed the timing several times: I had to ensure my pointing gesture was crisp and decisive, while he needed to time his sprint start perfectly. When acting out a meme with viral qualities, expressions and gestures must feel natural without seeming forced.

Throughout the entire process, though the intense sprinting left us sweating, seeing the sharp comedic impact in the final photo made all the effort worthwhile. Blending narrative sketches with character styling is a unique Casual cosplay experience, and I'm thrilled to leave such an entertaining record during this Fanta collaboration craze.
